Quick service,great quality clothing! Will be ordering again

ordered a xs got a small sent out and asked for the size to be sent out that i actually ordered and now been refunded and i paid extra for next day delivery and that hasn’t been refunded even tho they are at fault

Ordered a jacket which arrived with a massive hole on inner sleeve but when I contacted cameo rose I had no reply and I’m still waiting on a reply

Coat arrived unsealed (no internal packaging), just dumped in postage bag, arrived dusty and dirty. Refund was quickly processed however

Everything was easy and the fastest delivery which was appreciated

Delivery on time and cost is lovely but missing the belt, I’ve tried contacting them still no sign of any response been waiting a while now.

Item purchased in the Black Friday sale, didn’t arrive and was told I’d have to purchase a new one rather than a new one being sent out, meaning I’d have to pay full price rather than the discounted price I’d previously paid.

Super fast delivery, came the next day and I absolutely love it 😁 bought a long black coat and the quality is amazing. I love it

My coat is beautiful! The quality, the fit. It has length, zipped pockets, ribbed cuffs and beautiful faux fur hood. It’s perfect! Great price, delivered quickly and fits me perfectly. I am very happy. Just discovered your site by accident a couple days ago and so very glad.

It was great, fitted perfectly, and was exactly what I needed.

Package was poor and coat was not true to size. Its a shame because its a lovely coat but sizing needs to be reviewed. This is a second time purchase, in hopes it would have improved as I ordered the same coat last year but unfortunately not.

Bought the most beautiful of coats from Cameo but unfortunately it was just a tad tight on my shoulders. I contacted them about a return & the process was the simplest I have ever found with shopping. I packed the coat up, the postie came to my door to collect, at no extra cost, & once they received it they contacted me to ask if I would like to size up or a full refund, no quibbles at all. They’ve posted out the next size up for me. Excellent service all round
