I purchased this coat before reading reviews, I was worrying but my coat was delivered the next day, even when I opted for standard delivery… the coat is absolutely gorgeous, the buttons aren’t falling off like previous reviews, it’s good quality, however care to be taken on the zip as it could be a little better…. For the price I wasn’t complaining!!!

Was a bit nervous with some of the reviews, however the coat is lush and I’m in love with it. Came within 4 days and I am super happy with the service. A few scratches on the buttons and a little tight round the hips so may exchange you get 14 days but so far so good and would defo recommend

I was nervus i wouldn’t receive the coat i ordered as i read reviews shaying they couldnt contact them and didnt get their deliveries. But i contacted them and they replied like a day or 2 later and i got the coat the next day. And i love the coat. The only thing id say they would need to make it full stars would to give en estimated delivery time and a way to track it for customer peace of mind. As you dont get anything about delivery when ordering.

Order a coat from you guys didn’t really know what would come as have never ordered anything with you but when my order was at my door I was amazed the quality the thickness the style was my style to a tee I cannot wait to wear it in the winter

Ordered two items. I have been waiting for them to arrive only to be told 5 days later they are not available. Disappointing.

Ordered two coats one was too big (not their fault)
But the other was described with a belt and there was no belt or even hooks for a belt to go on, the zip was on the wrong way around and the buttons were a different colour

Impossible to get through to any customer service. Also haven’t received my item yet after paying for express delivery.

Got told the item was out of stock after I placed the order , refunded me the money but wouldn’t refund my next day delivery money even though it was never posted because it wasn’t in stock? No reply from the company

I recieved jacket , wrapped it up for my daughter birthday on the 19th June. When she unwrapped it , it wasn’t the one she ordered she ordered the double breasted with button . So I need a returns label sending out. Asap not happy

Cameorose cancelled my order and refunded the amount of the outfit but not the shipping despite them cancelling my order and not shipping it and then didn’t reply to any of the emails or contact I sent querying this.

I had to sew up the pockets after wearing the coat twice. The fur attachment on the hood could do with more buttons as it has a few gaps. Nice coat, it just needs to get sewn better in places.

Website not updated! Items never in stock!
Every time I place an order they never have item is stock, they should update their website more often to avoid disappointment with their customers!
