They stolen my money and never shipped my purchase .

Bought a camera; they never sent it. I dispute the charge with my credit card company. SIX WEEKS LATER, I get a text from them apologizing and asking if I still want it or if I want a refund. I quickly reply that I want a refund. Now they are ghosting me again, wtf...

The order took 39 days to arrive. there is no response from customer service. however the product is as detailed on the website when it arrived. The address of company in Spain seems fake.

Scam. Never received my order. I disputed the charge with my bank. The company tried to challenge the dispute but the bank sided with me and refunded me. I would advise anyone scammed to report the transaction with your bank and report the store to Shopify for fraud.

It is a FRAUD! I have never received my camera objective. The company did not react to my complaint. I will report it to the police.

I placed an order on October 4th (order #6347) and never received the camera. After 3 weeks of waiting they finally “shipped” the item… but Correos have still not received the package over a week after the tracking information was sent to me on the 21st (it’s not the 30th) They initially replied to my messages but are now ignoring me on instagram, live chat and email. I will be filing a case. Please don't buy here, it's a scam.

I placed an order over a month ago (order #6203) and never received the camera or a refund. No replies to emails, and even after contacting the CEO on LinkedIn I got no response. Looking at other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one, this is a recurring issue. So please don't buy here, it's a scam.

Don't bother ordering. They do not answer mails or on Instagram. Highly unprofessional. Cancelled my order 3 weeks after i placed it. Dont waste your time and energy. Spend your money somewhere reliable instead.

I’ve been waiting for my order 16 days they said it would take 15 days maximum and I would receive a link to track my order 48 hours before it arrived. I haven’t received my order or the link to track it. SCAM

I ordered my camera a month ago and have received no further information about it. I am outraged. Cameramarket.es is clearly a scam. I would like a full refund now. I will be filing a police report. Do not order from this website.

They took 300 euros. I have no camera and they do not reply me anything.
I bought it in December. At first, they messaged that it will be delivered soon. But after mid January they started to ignore me. I contacted Instagram and Email and they do not reply to my messages.
So I lost my money and I have no camera.
SCAM!!!

La camara y el carrete en blanco y negro llegaron, pero no el de carrete de Kodak que no era nada barato.

La cámara tiene marcas de uso, las cuales no me importan pero estaba muy sucia. Luego les escribí para que me diesen un reembolso por el carrete de Kodak que no llegó y no me han vuelto a escribir al respecto. También la página de contacto no te lleva a ningún sitio en su website, lo cual es muy sospechoso.

No volveré a comprar en esta web ni la voy a recomendar. Esto es denunciable.

I ordered an
Olympus Trip 300 camera
One black and white film
And a Kodak Color Plus 200 film.

The camera and the black and white film arrived, but not the Kodak film which was not cheap at all.

The camera has marks of use, which I don't mind but it was very dirty. I then wrote to them for a refund for the Kodak film that did not arrive and they have not written back to me about it. Also the contact page does not take you anywhere on their website which is very suspicious.

I will not buy from this site again and will not recommend it. This is reportable.

I ordered Canon EOS 750D SRL on December 15, 2024 with an extra 6 month warranty (12 months warranty in total). On December 21st I received body of the order camera, but a lens from a Nickon camera that doesn't match the body. I immediately sent email stating that my order was not in the correct form. I can't check whether the delivered parts are in working condition. Since then I sent more emails, contacted them via chat, but without any success. I'm going to report them and file a complaint to the Police. Order #4343

I ordered a camera, the camera never arrived, and the customer support said they are not giving me back the money. If you order here you are gambling and can get a camera or get robbed 100 euros

I ordered a camera 2 weeks ago and there has been no update since my purchase. The company is happy to have taken my money but not updated me on the orders status, even after two emails requesting further information. At this point I'm just hopeful of a reply from support so that we can resolve the situation, preferably a refund as it seems the camera is non existent

Very poor service. I bought an expensive film camera from cameramarkrt.es, they sent me two cameras that are both broken. I have tried to contact them via Instagram, email and on their website chat but I have had no response for the past month. This is clearly a scam and will be filling a police report. Please do not purchase any camera from this site.

They are not very responsive on their emails. However on instagram they replied almost immediately.

I wish we had read the reviews before placing the order. My wife tried to buy a camera to capture our vacation, but a month later, the vacation has ended and we still haven't received anything. I went to the police office in Eixample this morning. The case number is 21459/24, and the reporting officer is 94258. Be sure to refer to this when filing a report!
