Buon Camino!
We did the Sarria to Santiago trek with the help of Camino Ways and it was fabulous! The accommodations, quality of the meals and reliable transportation removed almost all the stress from a 75 mile hike that was well outside our normal vacation comfort zone. Oh, and did I mention that we had no issues with the baggage transfer service. All in all an excellent experience for those who want to do the Camino in a "country club" way. Buon Camino!

this agency is efficient
this agency is well-organized in dealing with the pilgrim’s concerns. These guys are quick & efficient to resolve the pilgrim’s problems on short notice.
We were a day late with our itinerary because of our lost luggages while in transit. The agency managed us back on track by coordinating with our hotel. Excellent service… Kudos to your people!

second and last time with Camiño Ways…
This is my second time using Camino Ways and I was disappointed in the accomodation on a few days. One hotel lost our reservation entirely and we received no help from your company. Will not use again or recommend to others. No support at all, even after the fact.

We can’t recommend Caminoways highly enough. Right from the start, any questions or add ons were quickly answered or confirmed. The accommodation, and meals were lovely after long days and the luggage transfers made the trip trouble-free and enjoyable.

I was traveling as a single and paying…
I was traveling as a single and paying for premium hotels. Several of the rooms barely gave me room to move around. That was very disappointing. Also, it was not always clear about how to get to the hotel in relationship to the hotels. Finally, transports that we supposed to be provided were not.

Mid Camino Support was terrific
Our flight to Spain was delayed and we missed our connection. Caminoways’s helpline was able to assist in rescheduling our transportation from the airport twice during that first day. Helpful, polite and effective.

Sarria to Santiago
The hotels you chose for us were superb and the food they provided was exceptional.
On the negative side, Camino Ways did not initially inform the hotels about our dairy allergies which caused problems on our first night.
Most problematic was we had zero updates about the forest fires and public transportation to Sarria being cancelled. Because we were not informed, we were unable to get bus tickets in lieu of the train and it ended up costing us 400 Euros to catch a taxi.

Accommodations selected were too far from the camino. No options for meals. Poor communication with inns about transportation being included. Our group was unable to reach Camino Ways reps in realtime to assist with the multiple snafus.
