Had a problem getting emails with tinyurls past Gmail's (proper) concern that they could be suspicious links.
Lorecel from Campaign Monitor showed me how to load the video itself (with its proper You Tube link) so that problem was resolved.
Their service was very quick, very effective and very polite (yes, I should have read the manual, but hadn't) and their response was just a clear, simple and quick explanation
Positive Support Experience
Campaign Monitor was easy to test and I decided to move forward with subscribing. In getting set up, I ran into some issues. I reached out to tech support. They quickly responded, understood the issue, supplied information on how the process works, video tutorial, a tool to verify ahead of authentication. The information supplied was accurate, succinct, and easily guided me. They continued to follow up to ensure I was OK and good to go ahead of closing out the ticket. Good support!

Customer service disappointing
The platform is just average for our needs. A support person once told me that all they do is read the information from their help robot, so there was no reason to email them directly, he said.
Can Do Better By Reading The Question
1. Hard to get to an actual contact.
2. Andrew didn't respond to my actual questions, just sent me what appeared to be a form response. He even provided me with a link that I provided in my question!
3. My questions were provided in the answer so there was no paper trail of the original query.

Pretty bad to be honest. No way to contact them. Their own Solvvy just froze and never sent . I was drowning in a malicious email attack and no help was available. I tweeted them. No reply. Eventually one Solvvy got through and contact was made.
