The freezer door

The door, beautiful, white WHITE, came without spring hinges and I needed the right side. Figured out that part number and ordered it, had a friend figure out how to wind the spring and install it without instructions that might have saved him about 30 minutes! All working perfectly now, thanks for having what I needed.

Product shipped to me was incorrect

Product shipped to me was incorrect. Company immediately acknowledged wrong product after I supplied photograph of product received. Company was to issue a return but instead advised me to field destroy product. After acknowledging that this could not be done safely, Company issued full credit for the incorrect product. Customer service was exceptional! Will consider using Company for next purchase.

After the shipping date I received…

After the shipping date I received emails from camperid and eBay that my order was canceled (because that is what I asked for) and I would receive a refund. I did not ask to cancel or for a refund. I looked on eBay to repurchase the same item again and seen that camperid had raised there price. I ordered from another supplier and will never order from camperid again.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered an air conditioner and it came damaged. CAMPERiD referred me to the shipping company who said it was damaged when they picked it up and referred me back to CAMPERiD. I submitted the claim and they keep saying it is processing. Meanwhile it is August and my original order came in June damaged. **Update**It has now been almost 4 months and CAMPERiD stating the review may take an additional 90 days. I have sent pictures upon pictures of the damage with no help at all. Terrible company and waste of money. Do not recommend.

Used refrigerator bins for our RV

Ordered refrigerator bins for our RV, when they came in I opened the box and they were used. I paid for new. They were dirty and had some pet hair on them. I notified the company, I was told I needed to sent photos, the vin# of the camper (not sure why they need the vin#) and a picture of the serial numbers of the refrigerator. I emailed them everything they requested and never heard back from them, that was 2 weeks ago, So today 7/28/21 I did a live chat and they told me they could not see the pictures I sent, they were to small. So I went and took all new pictures again and resent them. I also asked them when they received them to please let me know when they got them and if they could see them now. So haven’t heard anything. Will not do business with this company again. They also say they will resolve you inquire 24 to 72 hours. It was two weeks for me and then they tell you they couldn’t see them. Bad customer service.just an update, so here it is, we are now in the middle of August, have contacted customer service 3 more times, each time they want me to send the pictures and all the information I had already sent twice. Now they say they have contacted the manufacturer and They are waiting on them should hear something within 24 to 72 hours, well that was last week and still haven’t heard a word. So I will contact them again this week and see what the latest update is.

Well just another update, I resent all the pictures again after 3 more chats, and they said they sent them to the company where they came from and they are waiting on an answer from the company. I asked for the name and number of the company so I could call them myself and of course they couldn’t give me that information, but as soon as they hear from them they will let me know. Here we are now in September and this has been going on since June. Was offered a $10.00 credit, did not take it as I will never shop with this company again. WORST COMPANY EVER. I did get a call last week telling me they sent the pictures over.

Horrible horrible service

0 stars. Horrible. This company must be going out of business. Real companies don’t treat ppl like this . You don’t know where your product is coming from. They don’t supply a tracking number for your products? They didn’t tell us the item is on back order. Not even a email. The last information I got from them was purchase proof. Now we’re fighting to get a refund from God knows where. Product not from camper id. No information from company it comes from.When you call to track your items, they don’t have any information. After I called several times I found out that my product will be shipped one month later than expected. Asked to speak to a manager supposedly no manager is available. The guy Sonny I talked to was very dismissive and rude. Sonny didn’t let me speak,kept cutting me off, and kept trying to get me off the phone .
Talked to Sonny yesterday , after the horrible guest service I experienced with him . I asked for a manager to call me back. Shemyr from the management team called me back today . Shemyr was rude also. Probably 2min in the conversation she started cutting me off too. I reminded her that was the issue I had with Sonny yesterday . She then realized she was doing the same thing and apologized. She also informed me that Sonny LIED to me yesterday. She admitted that the guest service team lies to guest .please don’t order from this site. You’ll be disappointed and spending more money than expected . Bc you will have to order it from somewhere else and then return what you got from them. If you can . WORST ONLINE SITE EVER.

Ordered a lippert item on May 30 that…

Ordered a lippert item on May 30 that indicated shipping in 3 to 5 days. I contacted them 7 days later and they said they were waiting on response from lippert. The lippert website indicated not available until August. 11 days later I got a email that said item wasn't available. I chose to cancel and was told I would get a cancellation email in 3 to 5 business days.The item, lippert solid stance is still on the website as shipping in 3 to 5 days. Now 7 days and no email. They said to allow 3 to 5 more for a response from Lippert. Simply put, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE A MIDDLEMAN THAT HAS NO STOCK! VERY IRRITATED, email sent to the Attorny General of New Jersey.

This company is absolutely Horrible!!

This company is absolutely Horrible!!! Been 3 months. Yup thats right 3 months trying to get my refund. I've called 12 times and all I get is the runaround. Lies after lies. Nobody knows what's going on nor do they have any extensions to other departments. I wouldnt even give this company 1 star

Sold product that was not in stock. Refund can take 2 weeks.

Web site stated that product was in stock (4 units). Pleased an order via the web site and was told by customer service via chat that it would be shipped on the next business day.
Didn't receive a tracking number on the day it was supposed to be shipped. Contacted customer service again via chat and was now told the product was out of stock - they never had any in stock to begin with.

Cancelled the order. According to the rep it takes at least 3 business days (up to 5) for them to cancel the order on their end. Then another 3-5 business days to receive a refund.

Absolute horrible company

Absolute horrible company, Site listed part in stock, it wasn't, site listed 2-4 day shipping, I'm now at 13 days and counting... They also double charged my card, at two different prices for an identical order. AVOID THESE SCAM RESELLERS!

I went with this company because they had my item in stock, that's not the case... they doubled my order, charged me twice, and when I called they only asked if I wanted the part or not and offered a 25.00 gift card...

After this experience ill never do business with them again, I wont risk my card information or business needs on a company with such poor standards and ethics.

We ordered a cooling unit from…

We ordered a cooling unit from camperid.com and it came in damaged. It seemed it would be sent back and returned with no hastle. I just spent an hour arguing with UPS and camperid. The box did not look bad on the outside but inside from parts sliding around the fins were bent and various other dings. It was $1,500 Canadian and it looks like camperid.com wants to blame UPS. They said they will work on it and let me know what they’ll do. Hopefully this can be fixed in the next few days.

Unscrupulous Company

Was totally snubbed by this company. I received an item from them that was damaged due to their packing.It was only after threatening to contact N.J attorney general that I received 75 percent of my money back. Fast forward a week after I left a negative review.I got a response back to see what they could do to rectify the problem. It all ended up them blaming U.P.S for the damaged item. And again company said they can’t give me the rest of my money back because U.P.S won’t pay claim. Of course U.P.S won’t pay claim it’s not their fault. So get this,the company now wants to give me a 15.00 gift certificate for my next purchase. Fnnnn Stupid. Any reviews on here that’s positive is fake news. There are many other companies to buy your RV parts and such, patronize them. The place is dishonest as they come.

We ordered an RV slide out awning

We ordered an RV slide out awning. It came in by a truck line damaged and missing parts so I refused the shipment. I called Camperid and they just gave me the run around for a week and did not follow though and give me credit. So I called my credit card and they did a charge back. Never do business with them.

RUNN AWAAYYYY

Ordered a hand pump water faucet on Jan 7. They confirmed it would ship 1-17. I followed up on 2.1. They told me in the customer service chat it was delayed and will ship out on 2.2. I follow up again on 2.8 and they said it was back ordered and will have an estimated ship date of 2.28. Estimated ship date... after a month of waiting. Well i cancelled and will be receiving my faucet from amazon in 2 days!!! Get your logistics team manager a new job because they can't track/manage inventory to save their life.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMPERID!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMPERID!! A horrible company - they lied to me numerous times. Their website errored out "Failed to place order", yet they charged my credit card instantly. I found the product elsewhere & called to cancel the order within 5 minutes & they said "we can not cancel - it has already shipped". BS!! Nothing ships within 5 minutes. Plus they said I must receive the item, then send it back to them. I asked if there was a fee for returns. "No" was the answer. I got an email today saying I would be charged for the return. Save yourself the headache! DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMPERID!!!!!

CamperID doesn't care about their customers

I ordered a microwave oven for our RV which was defective. Getting this resolved has been an extremely frustrating. After a promising start, including a promise to quickly get me a return shipping authorization, they fell silent. After I contacted them again, they blew me off and referred me to the manufacturer. So now I'm starting over. They haven't shown any interest in helping me. I can't see ordering from them ever again.
