This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We were promised that the part would be supplied by our manufacturer, and on this occasion that did not happen, which means we have let you down.

While we are unfortunately reliant on manufacturers for certain parts, this delay should have been flagged to you and handled better on our side. Situations like this are very rare for us, but that doesn’t lessen the impact for you, and we’re genuinely sorry this has happened.

If you still can't see it in your bank account we advise that you contact your bank. There is not much else that we can do at this stage unfortunately.
