Order lost by courier, then out of stock
I ordered the item with your site stating you had a stock of 300. Delivery doesn't appear, I chase it. Appears courier has lost the order. You check and you are now out of stock on 7 days after playing the order. Estimated delivery time 8 - 10 weeks. Useless.

Ordered some recovery boards on the Monday- in stock on the website- specifically ordered from here as in stock and due to go away on the Friday. Rang up and asked how long it would take on the Tuesday as I’d had no correspondence. A disinterested guy answered and said tomorrow but didn’t even check details. Rang on Thursday - actually really helpful guy answered hence the second star and said they got sent directly from frontrunner but were out of stock so wouldn’t arrive and so sorted a refund. Bit screwed by this as I had no opportunity to sort elsewhere. Disorganised
