Shower wash pop up unit
Found the shower wash tent we wanted for our VW, has a zip to get in, going to use it to put our toilet in, hang in awning. Good product and prompt delivery.

Slow response on this occasion , but they are decent people and want to do the right thing
I placed an order on 18th December which has still not arrived, worse than this I have sent five emails asking for an update and received NO feedback, calling on the telephone does not help as no one answers, I feel I have been more than fair leaving this for over two weeks since Christmas before adding a review. I will have no option but to follow up with my credit card company as, with the lack of response, this could be a scam and I need my money back to buy the items elsewhere. Be very careful placing orders here people.
Edited, delivery did not turn up as promised, two further emails unanswered and no answer on the phone! I am astonished by the sheer lack of professionalism by this company- I am disappointed that they have come back to the review but have failed to meet any commitments
Edited further: I genuinely believe I have had a bad experience as the business is on the move, I spoke to James after my second post, he was very apologetic and wanted to make the issue right, more importantly he accepted responsibility and apologised profusely. Thanks to James and the management team for following up and trying to make poor experience better

Disappointed and concerned order has not arrived.
Edit. Apparently the business was closed from 23rd December to 6th January. In ordering on 19th December, I believed I was ordering in sufficient time for dispatch before Christmas. My order was sent and arrived very quickly once open for business again . I have upgraded the star rating to reflect that and the communication I received. I have deducted one star because I think, instead of the invoice I received on 19th December stating my order was being processed, it could have stated there would be a delay. This would have allayed concern.
Placed an order on 19th December,money was taken out of my account on 20th December. However I have not yet received the item nor had any communication from the company other than an email to say that my order had been received . I emailed the company on 31st but have had no response as yet.

Fiamma F80s pull-out awning
We were looking into getting a pull out awning fitted onto our Ford 350 L2/H2 panel camper conversion without having to drill new holes into the outer. Of all the parties we made contact with for advice, we found what we received from Camper Warehouse to be the best. They recommended to use a Fiamma unit together with a fixing bracket which installs directly into the pre-drilled roof-rack holes on the vehicle.
We have yet to install the unit as are waiting for some better weather but are confident that it will be exactly as expected.
We ordered on-line and delivery was made a couple of days later - excellent service, thank you!

Really great service. You never know if a company is really good unless something goes wrong, bought a sink, the supplier sent the wrong sink and customer services sorted everything out within a week. Sink was a great price and honestly I'd have been happy if the original order time was a week to arrive!
