The staff are really nice and empathetic. Such as Kate and Ryan, they were so supportive through my process as it was confusing and frustrating. So I appreciate all the help Kate and Ryan helped me with.

Camp Leaders is a great company. They have amazing support agents who you can call at any time & who reach out every couple weeks to make sure everything is on track! They also have step by step guidelines and checklists for things like your booking and preparing for your visa appointment. From the moment I arrived, the Campleaders team was there welcoming me, thanking me for coming, guiding me, and helping me get rid of my nerves. There wasn’t a single moment where I didn’t know what to do or felt lost at all.

I really want to thank the entire Campleaders team, because there was a moment when I was extremely nervous and undecided between two offers I had received. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Any questions or concerns I had they were swiftly answered. I need to personally shout out Lilly Matelyssi, Ryan and Matt. These people guided me through the process stress free and were so friendly and helpful, truly grateful to them.

This will be my 5th summer working at camp in America and I couldn’t recommend Camp Leaders enough. They were especially helpful in my first year when I was completely clueless and had a million questions to be answered. Their customer service is amazing and they were more than happy answering all my silly questions (it honestly felt like I had a 1 on 1 experience with them). Not only are they literally an email away, but in comparison to my other friends at camp, I got paid more with Camp Leaders than any other agency! Even my mum had questions my first summer at camp, so she rang up and they answered straight away and put her mind at ease. You can tell they really care about summer camp and ensuring all these young adults have the best experience out in the States. I couldn’t recommend them more!
