Had to cancel due to illness in the family and they kept the full deposit.
They keep your booking fee of £25 and flexible fee of £15.
They also then keep 25% of the rental charge even though 5 weeks notice was given.
Be careful as I lost £90 and they weren’t even bothered/ flexible.

You can book a hotel and with notice, get a full refund, These are a booking company for a motor home!

Be careful, money grabbers

I use Camptoo as a van owner and i honestly can say that i can't fault their process at all.Their communication is constant and concise all the way through the rental process and their new digital handover form is really easy to use for owners and renters alike.I can highly recommend Camptoo if you are looking to rent out your vehicle and also if you are looking to hire a leisure vehicle for a trip out.

Camptoo are a very professional outfit who have guided me through renting my caravan out for the first times from beginning to end. They are easy to contact if you want to speak to somebody and I wont be advertising on any other websites. I'm looking forward to dealing with Camptoo again.

As 1st time campers and pensioners we needed to visit family on a long journey. A little apprensive but everything was fine. From booking to pick up and returning Goldie was a doddle! Explanation of the vans running/maintainance and tips given by the owners. Nothing to much trouble for them.Thank You!

The description of the vehicle and the facilities were exactly as stated. An all around brilliant vehicle hire and an even better weeks travel.

I use Camptoo for the first time this August and I wasn't disappointed. Website was easy to use and I found the perfect campavan to hire and I received regular update and help building up to my first solo trip. I would definitely recommend and have done and I will be using them again.

This platform was good as gold during this summer, most of our rentals was made via camptoo, susomer service was briliant, every time we had questions they were answered and support provided. Fees maybe higher then some other platforms, but it paid back with high rental demand.

We are US citizens who reserved a motorhome for July 2020 and prepaid. Because of covid restrictions, US tourists were not allowed into the Netherlands or Scandinavia that year. When we had to cancel, they gave us the option of 85% refund or reschedule to this summer. We chose to reschedule. When the Netherlands and Norway were still not open to US tourists as the cancellation deadline approached, we canceled. We were only offered a 42% refund. Appealing and complaining were of no avail - we were told it was 42% or nothing. When I finally agreed to accept the refund, they were not able to process the refund. After a three months of demanding information US banks don't use, they finally gave us instructions we could follow. They then wired us the refund - creating a $25 wire transfer fee to us as a final insult after short-changing us about $1500.

As always a positive experience renting out with Camptoo.

I’ve given 1star because I couldn’t leave the review otherwise . Appalling after sales service , beware of false advertising, you won’t get what you see and I’ve been waiting 6 weeks now for a resolution , absolutely disgraceful and down right rude .
