Great customer service!

Even though my order was delayed for over a month, it was still easy to get a hold of a CSR and get updated status on my order as I called several times. The issue was with one item that was delayed from the manufacturer (no fault on CC) and CC’s process is to send out complete shipments normally, although they did let me know that if the last item was not received by them on x-date, they would then ship what was available and send the last item later (and I was good with that). Once they had the last item available, they promptly shipped it and all my items. They notified me by email, text and route app. Satisfied with the products ordered. Very good quality and it’s what my recipient wanted.

Don’t recommend.

I ordered it on November 20th and it is now December 20th and it was expected the 18th, and it is still not here. Shipping times are not good and customer service is useless. But good clothing i guess.

I was told to send back the sweatshirt…

I was told to send back the sweatshirt received in error and I would be refunded the $10.35 shipping. I have not yet received the refund. I have received the correct sweatshirt originally ordered. I am pleased with the sweat shirt ordered.

I ordered 2 items only got one.

I ordered 2 items. I received a package within 2 weeks of ordering and was pleased to receive it until I opened it and realized that only one of the items was present. I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website for customer service numerous times and no one ever answered. I sent an email and it was a couple of days before I got a response. It seems my second item is out of stock. I understand the times we are in makes it more difficult to get items and manufacturing is more difficult, but a simple email ahead of time letting me know one of the items was on back order and would probably not be here by Christmas would have been nice. I had to reach out first to get a response. If I hadn’t of contacted you would I have ever received the item or gotten a refund? A little frustrating.
