Great product, but takes time

Took 6 weeks to get products but we did have them monogrammed. It was worth the wait. Quality products. So plan accordingly for the lead time to get products to you

Actually I would give you zero stars

Actually I would give you zero stars. Placed an order on Nov.16 for $183.55 and my account was charged. This is December 17 and to this date have neither received the items ordered nor any information concerning the order. I am considering turning this information over to the Indiana Attorney Generals office. No answer when called on the phone. I feel this could be a scam.

Nate did a great job helping me with my order. I received a response to my email reaching out about the status of my order within an hour. He helped me track it down and get it shipped! So appreciate the timely correspondence and help with the resolution. I will definitely use them again for our greek purchases.

You won’t reach a human if you call to order!

I tried to CALL, ALWAYS during the hours mentioned in the recorder…3 different times. I wanted to speak to a human. I tried a couple of different times online before I could get to the shopping area, & 2 of the 6 items I was purchasing were not available. I still have not received my items, but you should know that you REALLY must want your items if you will jump through those hoops!

Easy return process

I had questions about my order. When I emailed customer service they got back to me right away and they were very helpful. I needed to return an item and they were very accommodating and the process was an easy one!

Great response time and customer…

Great response time and customer service, however, my purchase that I was supposed to have in 8-16 business days (as stated on The website at the time of my purchase ) still hasn’t even shipped and it’s been 22 days. It was supposed to be a Hanukkah present, and my son had nothing to open by the end of Hanukkah. Also, I still haven’t gotten a new estimated arrival date. I was only told they are working on it
