Shipping took longer than expected, but the ornament I ordered was very nice!

The one complaint I have so far is the lack of communication. You really need to keep customers updated on the progress of their order. I ordered my merchandise on December 2, 2021. I know we are looking at 8-12 business days, but we are on day 9 and if I hadn't sent an email to check for myself I would know nothing. I purchased several items, and I will be very upset if they are not here for Christmas. I keep checking the Route app, and there is no status. If you keep customers updated it would be helpful.

Paid for personalization and it wasn't on the item.

I placed my order on 11/14. Was notified that it finally shipped today, one month later. So hopefully my order arrives before Christmas.

You could not read the embroidery on the polo shirt.

The sweatshirt and beanie I bought as a gift are very high quality. The colors and material on the frat insignia are impressive. I would definitely order from Campus Classics again.

It came beautifully wrapped but was disappointing on how light the edging was to read what it said

The quality is much less than I expected.
The sweatshirt is more of a heavy jersey
Not the weight of a sweatshirt at all.
Especially for the price, I expected more. Quite disappointed.
