I was initially hesitant due to mixed reviews but had a positive experience with Campus Gifts. Their customer service handled an issue with a lost package quickly, providing a replacement within a day. Delivery was prompt, items well-packaged, and the variety of Jellycat gifts impressive. Would recommend and shop here again.

This was my first order with Campus…
This was my first order with Campus gifts. It arrived fairly quickly and was well packed, but I was disappointed with the Muffin cat squishy beanie which had poor faulty stitching. I contacted customer service, and explained it wasn't very well stitched, and I wouldn't have chosen this particular muffin cat if I'd seen it in a shop, however I was told the 'pandas' all looked like that, and there was nothing wrong with it? I didn't want to gift it as it just looked like a second, but was refused a refund unless I paid for the postage myself?
Poor and unhelpful customer service.
