Managed to order a super popular Jellycat toy from here a few days before Christmas, which my daughter would have loved but wasn't expecting because it's so hard to get. Campus was easy to order from and delivered very quickly, and well packed. A little Christmas magic is now under the tree, thank you!

After being scammed on another website for fake Jellycats I was dubious but my daughter really wanted 2 particular Jellycats and Campus Gifts had them in stock on their website. I’m so glad I ordered with Campus Gifts - the items came within 2 days of ordering and were packaged safely and securely!

Really helpful customer service support. Replied to my messages quickly. Royal Mail unfortunately lost my package and I was sorted with a replacement within a day of them shipping it out!

i was apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews on here but that was not my experience at all. I bought a jelly at as a gift, it was delivered promptly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely buy a jellycat from here again.

I was a bit skeptical due to reviews on here, but decided to order (using PayPal so if there was any issues I was bit more protected)
Absolutely no need to! Items were delivered within a few days all in perfect condition.

Ordered item and it showed as despatched…. With Royal Mail waiting to receive it. it stayed like this for a week despite delivery being 48 hour tracked. Two calls to customer service who were unable to help. I asked about cancelling and receiving a refund. They advised I had to continue waiting just in case the item does ship and then if it does I have to pay to return it for a refund. Am now in the process of reversing the payment on my credit card. Avoid and use somewhere more reliable. Wish I had seen these Trustpilot reviews before I made an order. Customer Service advise they are unaware of any negative reviews at all.

I bought an item of clothing manufactured by a well known quality brand. Worn once and the material quality failed. No sympathy from customer service and refused to entertain a replacement point blank.

Ordered from this place on the 19th December, only orderd it because it said you'll get it in time for Christmas all over the website, well I've still not received the parcel. Personally it shouldn't of said on there website that you will receive it b4 Christmas, if they can not guarantee it getting to you b4 the time it says then don't say it, also I ordered it at the time because am off work and would be in the house now it's goin to get delivered when am at work and be left on the front. I should of looked at the reviews b4 ordering

Ordered an Amuseable Jellycat Lemon. It arrived badly packaged and incredibly overpriced for what it is. Very small, just 6 inches, but still priced at over fifteen pounds with 4 pounds postage on top. Total rip off. Don't recommend this seller at all.

Jellycat toys are nice, but of course they are not made by them.
Customer service is simply awful! Clearly faulty teddy received and we are still the ones having to jump through hoops to get it sorted, which will cost me more than I paid.
Had to fight for a refund. They simply suggested to cut the thread or pull it out,leaving a hole.
Consider if the cost is worth the effort.

First time using Campus gifts, what a great find so many items at great prices. I placed my order on Friday and received my goods Monday morning great service.
I will definitely be using Campus gifts again and recommending them to browse the Campus gifts website.

This was my first time using Campus Gifts (which is a sister site of Temptation Gifts). I found a Jellycat I had been searching for at an amazing price, and it arrived quickly in perfect condition and packaged well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, great value, fast delivery.

Jellycat toys were great, but the delivery and customer service was not.
I paid extra for courier delivery due to needing the toys for a specific date (my son`s birthday) and royal mail strikes were expected to cause delays. Despite this they sent it with parcelforce (a branch of royal mail), knowing they were on strike, and then refused to refund the courier fees I had paid. Customer services were unhelpful and unsympathetic.
