Excellent product

Excellent product, I purchased a Helly Hansen parka and the quality and price were fantastic. Delivery was very fast by DHL inside Germany.

Worst online shopping experience of my…

Worst online shopping experience of my life. They sent me a clearly defective product, after returning it they didn't return my money and I never heard from them again. I got my money back FIVE months later through a paypal dispute, I would have never recovered it otherwise.

Done supply something they offer for sale and supply something I dont need.

I purchased a self inflating mattress and a cover for the mattress from Campz. Received a confirmation email of my purchase. Then 2 days later received an email saying they did not actually have the mattress in stock and so cancelled that part of my order but still proceeded with the order for the cover! Why would I need a cover that costs 33 euros if I dont even have a mattress to put it on? I have been trying to cancel the order or contact someone from this company to get my money back . They dont have telephones, live chat or easy way to contact them. I will never buy from them again. If you going to try have an online store you should have easy communication avenue and that would resolve many issues.

WORST experience ever

I ordered some products 3 weeks ago. They were shipped and arrived to my city during the first week. After some days with no news, I checked the status on the deliverer and it was "waiting to be picked by the destinatary", but I didn't receive notification nor did know where to go to pick it. I wrote to customer support and they replied that they had contacted the deliverer, but it could take 10 days untile they get an answer (really?). So they suggested me to contact them myself. Of course, I check the deliverer contact page and there's a much faster way to get answers by calling to a non-free phone. So I answered them to please use the phone and solve their issue, as delivery is part of their service and responsability, and should be them calling to that number. Two weeks later, no answer. My patience is over and I write again claiming my money back and cancelling the order. No answer again. Today I check the delivery status and it says is travelling back to the sender. But I still haven't my money back!
I payed 180€ 3 weeks ago and no answers, no news, no nothing! DON'T BUY HERE. These poor logistics and customer experience is why Amazon will end up with your business

Main wished product canceled

They cancel me a product which was the main reason I bought it with them, after that to compensate they offered me a 10% discount only possible to use without any other discount or offer.

Campz has shipped a refurbished product

Unfortunately, Campz has shipped a refurbished product. It has arrived in a white box much bigger that is not the original one, with stickers printed in black and white. The shoe comes with any label or information attached to the shoe, the surfaced has been brushed and with dog hair on the interior insole. This should not happen when buying and paying for a NEW pair of shoes.

AVOID this company!

AVOID this company!

Firstly they double charged my credit card nearly 500 Euros. I returned the product when it eventually arrived. Been waiting 20 days so far for my refund. No one answers my emails. I am forced now to go to the Police to file a fraud claim to try and get my money back.

I advise people to avoid this company period!!

As we have already discussed, we did not receive those emails as it normally takes us a maximum of 48h to answer them.
This double charge is a normal security procedure from the credit card process, first makes a money withheld which is released after a few days and then charges the amount only when products are shipped. Due to a technical problem, the refund didn't go through but we have already solved this problem. We apologize again for this delay and hope that you trust us again in the future.

Tent broken when pitched for first time

Bought an Outwell Holidaymaker 500 tent. Pitched it today for the first time and discovered that the pin of the inlet in the front air tube is broken. Whole f#*@ing holiday spoiled. Don't they do quality checks before the products leave the factory???? Besides for this the support person told me the tent doesn't come with a pump...I bought one...expensive...only to discover one in the tent bag today when I opened it. If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!! They better give me my money back.

this company don`t care when you…

this company don`t care when you complain quality of product. bought houdi of sn-supernatural ( make merino better !! ) 3 months ago, but the product is ugly pilling even not often worn.Supernatural told me I have to complain at the seller, but campz said this is not their responsibility and they can`t do anything for me. wrote a product review on their website, they cancel the review the next day , this is no-go these days as a seller in the internet. take care !!!

Easy and efficient
