Provides an online pricing however it’s false pricing because they blame their pricing engine on over appraising the vehicle… it’s not as easy as they advertise it is. Dealership is giving me more and it’s a dealership…

Terrible Customer Service!!!
Update: Thanks for the response but the fact that you totally missed the mark regarding my complaints just shows how this company really operates. You focused on addressing the mechanical issues that were resolved rather than the issues I actually raised. And if you really want me to talk about that HEADACHE of a process having to go to a not so “local” mechanic MULTIPLE times prior to being sent to the dealership etc. I’d be glad to make another review. Not to mention coverage wasn’t just “offered” as you say, I was told this issue would’ve had to go though my extended warranty policy (which made no sense) and I contested. This company worries more about their image than their customers and tries to make it look like working with them is so easy. If my experience was so peachy then my review would be different. Just stay away and save the stress.
Initially my experience with this company was positive. Easy online shopping, quick process etc. But my issues began only a couple days after receiving the vehicle. Word of Advice: if there is ANYTHING at all wrong with the vehicle prior to 7 days RETURN IT! They will do and say whatever to get you to keep the car past the initial 7 days so that they are no longer able to take the vehicle back and you have to now deal with any issues.
Secondly, I don’t know who the hires and trains their customer service employees but lying and tricking customers is what I’ve had to deal with and when you try to address the unethical behaviour of their staff the management will simply bypass your concerns and redirect the conversation to say “well the important thing is the issue gets resolved”. Meanwhile the downfall of this company is their unethical customer service staff who DO NOT know how to handle customer situations appropriately.
Also BEWARE of sharing your actual truthful experience with this company if it’s not positive or else you’re met with multiple requests to remove it along with vague threats for them to not fulfill part of an agreement in exchange for its removal. The manager did apologize but I highly doubt there was any repercussions for that staff member.
Long review but people need to know these things before working with any company.
Did I get a car I liked.. yes I did.
Was it as smooth a process as they promote… no not really.
What could have made my situation better… EXCELLENT customer service!
Moral of the story for consumers. It COULD be a good experience based on who you deal with but BE CAUTIOUS and if anything seems off just don’t do it. Get EVERYTHING in writing! Even after phone calls when they say whatever they want then blame you for any misunderstanding.
Lesson I hope this company learns. Great customer service goes a loooong way. Lying and trying to trick people on the phone (so theirs no paper trail) is shady business and makes the whole company look shady. Always blaming the customer for “misunderstanding” is a low excuse for poor service. Y’all need to do better.
Would I use this service again… Negative.
Would I recommend this company based off my experience….. Nah.

Terrible experience with Canada Drives
Terrible experience car shopping with my son. We went to multiple dealerships but took the offer from Canada Drives. They then lowered their offer a week later which we still accepted via docusign. When we went to pick up the car they lowered the offer again. Don't believe the offer first made to you and be prepared it is very likely they will lower it on inspection for minor reasons.

Unethical, dishonest ,lying, cheating Company
This company cheated me out of my time, energy and faith in human decency.
Thank God I was able to walk away from them before I got stuck with one of their vehicles.
They suck you in with friendly phone and email communications. After choosing a car and filling out a form describing your trade-in both parties sign a bill of sale. Then they take your deposit and a fee for registering the prospective new vehicle for you and ask you to show proof of insurance for it. All this is done before they have appraised the trade-in based on the pics they ask you to send. Then they break the bill of sale after seing the pics and offer almost half of what they initially promised. Then they get you to sign a new bill of sale reflecting the lower trade-in offer. Now they give me a pick up date and I travel 12 hours round trip to pick up the new vehicle and trade in my old . Once they have you there they use every trick in the book to decrease the value of the trade in that both parties agreed upon.
I signed two bills of sale for the vehicle and Canada Drives broke both agreements.
You may think they will deal with you fairly but they won't.
You are better off going to a regular car dealership where they can see your trade-in and deal with you in a more honest way.
In my opinion the owner and managers of this company belong in prison for their fraudulent business methods.

2020 Chrysler 300S
Checked the website after seeing the advertising on TSN while watching football, found the 300 and decided to see what they would give me for my trade in. They came in with a price, so for the next few days I shopped around to see what other places would offer me on the trade in.
Well they beat all the other offers some by a considerable amount.
Unfortunately the 300 I was interested in was on offer, but i requested to be notified if it becomes available again.
Later the next day, it became available, and since my quote for the trade was good for 5 days, I pulled the plug to purchase. The trade in required me to take pics of the car and send more details which was easy enough. I applied for financing thru them which was convenient, had a few issues with dates and length of contract, but it got sorted out. Their was some back and forth with signing the documents and getting the delivery date set up and the insurance documents, but again it all worked out. The delivery date came and was schedule for 11 to 1 and Lovejoy Singh the delivery guy was their right at 11. He pulled the car out of the trailer, I looked it over as he looked over my trade in, signed a paper copy of the documents and changed out plates. Love the new wheels exactly as stated and pictured. Would have liked to have dealt with one point of contact at the company as apposed to a different person each time you called. Overall very satisfied with the process, Delivery guy Lovejoy was great to deal with, very professional and patient. Would buy from them again.

They offer a higher price online but then call and offer a much reduced price even after confirming all the car information/detail. Their online quote is just to get people to call or apply; it is not reliable.

Canada Drives Willing to Negotiate to Satisfy Sellers.
After some initial difficulties agreeing on a suitable price for my near mint 2018 Buick I was contacted by a Canada Drives representative to negotiate a more satisfactory price. Upon agreeing on a price, customer service was courteous and explained the pickup and payment processes very well. I would recommend Canada Drives.

Unsafe car and lies
Update - as expected, their response dances around the fact that they sold an unsafe car and that the inspection report was not accurate. Fluids were signed off on when they shouldn’t have been. No acknowledgement or apology for the safety risk or the damage that has been done to my car has been offered. It’s about more than the money, Canada drives. Ethics.
______
The experience for getting my car was fantastic. The delivery person was amazing.
However, when it arrived I realized there was no evidence of a recent oil change in the last 12-15000km. I assumed that must just be a mistake and after contacting them I found it to be true, they did no maintenance. However, the mechanic signed off as good on all fluids.
I recently found out my oil was absolutely filthy - a look at it would have known it had not been maintained. Further looking found that my brake fluid was in a dangerous state of being too high in moisture and flagged a warning for my safety. I had no choice but to fix these issues.
My filters were also very filthy and needing to be changed, they were identified as clean in the mechanics report.
When I initially contacted about the oil change I was told I had to bring it in to an inspection at their mechanic. Obviously, having a received a report full of lies I would have no reason to trust a mechanic selected by them. I chose to take it to my own for my own safety so they are not coving their issues because I fixed something that was putting my life in danger instead of taking it back to their chosen mechanics that issued a report full of lies. It is blatantly clear that nothing on the initial mechanics report was actually checked when it was signed off on or these clear issues would have been noticed.
I am now left afraid for what this has done to my car and absolutely appalled by this company and their lack of support.
I know they will respond to this stating they offered me options, but the option was an opinion from a mechanic that had already listed lies on the initial report. Not much of an option. I’m aware they will leave a long paragraph trying to cover up what they have done to me and my car and attempt to make the public believe they did nothing wrong. I’m more than happy to share the correspondence that proves otherwise.
They have already stated they will not be reimbursing me for any part of the bill since I took action on my own safety with my own mechanic, but if I warn at least 1 person not to trust this company, I’m happy.
