For years I’ve struggled with dietary issues.

For years I’ve struggled with dietary issues, eczema and deficiencies with only a few tests for allergies and diseases actually telling me anything useful about what is causing the symptoms. After one particularly bad episode I found this test in desperation as I was searching for new food allergy test. That’s when I realized that this test was actually going to be more informative than any other test I had taken before. I bought my test and followed the instructions and the results I got back were shocking but explained almost everything I’ve been dealing with. I’m taking the results to a dietitian and finally be able to know what trigger foods to avoid while being put on the right supplements to make up for everything else. I have other medical conditions that make life challenging regularly but knowing I have a guideline to make my life easier in this one way is so important and empowering. I’d recommend this for everyone as a starting point to understanding your body better for food and non food based problems.

Value received

I haven't put the results to the test yet . However the report is very detailed and easy to understand. I look forward to elimating my sensitivity foods in the hope that my health improves

Overall the testing was fast

Overall the testing was fast, I do wish they would break it down further as to what the person would eat to get their vitamins and minerals up, explain what types of foods contains additives and so on so a person can fully understand and know what they can substitute instead of trying to research it all! But overall it was neat to know the results!

When I received the results I was…surprised, shocked at how much useful information I received. Life Changes Necessary!

When I received the results I was shocked at the many sensitivities I had. I knew I would have many but did they have to be many favorites in the food department. It’s really priceless information for your own health. The process was very easy to do and submit. I received my results in the appropriate amount of time. Customer Service was extremely helpful with questions I had at the beginning. I highly recommend this company.

Fast turnaround and detailed breakdown of the results. Still working through to see if the intolerances are correct. Definitely some surprises and some assumptions i made that came back saying no intolerance.

Scam? No results. No response.

Poor customer service

1; samples sent in December were lost
2; samples sent in late Jan/early Feb were received however they only processed mine not my spouses.
3; sent 3 emails asking where his was to customer service representation Andrew.
4. My spouse emails and finally he gets a response from Erica
5. Erica immediately is on it and gets his sent to him
6. Andrew emails me finally responding saying “he emailed me” only he never did and there was nothing in our thread.

It seemed as if Andrew did something wrong and tried to cover his bases and gaslight me into thinking he did his job when clearly something was missing.

The product received is incredible and I’m thankful for the report but dealing with Andrew was horrible.

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. They lost my sample. I sent it on tracked delivery. It got to them on the 5th Feb, we are now on the 18th march and I STILL haven't been refunded, I'm still trying and being ignored. Worst company ever, dont waste your money, you won't get results or a refund
