Too bad there is not a no star option because that would be my rating. I realized after I bought the shoes that it’s the same stuff that Temu sells for a tenth of the price. Quality was awful and I ne... See more

This is a scam and they are using trust…
This is a scam and they are using trust pilot to scam up. Oh by way Trust Pilot I purchased from them because you have them a 4.8 rating which doesn't exist so maybe you should shut them down?
Terrible quality item that ships from China
They do everything to make you think they are a Canadian Company but when you buy it ships from China. The quality is very poor and $65 on a half price sale is a joke. The shoes are not worth $5. They have many positive reviews on some sites which I can only guess are fake reviews as no one would say these shoes are quality. Should have just ordered shoes off Temu then at least I would expect garbage.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Just terrible. Would be too expensive if the shoes only cost $1. Don’t touch this company. Horrible. And they charge you to return the item! Disgraceful. Website also untruthful in the Trustpilot reviews they show.
Canada Muse doesn't even deserve to be given a rating!
If I could give zero I would! I wish I had read the comments before purchasing. I 100% agree with each one of these poor people who have been scammed by this company! Please Please Please DO NOT buy from them! The products are not as advertised and they have zero customer service. You have to pay to return items that were not what THEY advertised.
Do not purchase
I am writing to tell how how disappointed I am with my recent purchase. I ordered the Leather Plateau Sneakers. First - the main part of the sneaker is not leather. The packaging was horrible and arrived opened and scuffed. The sneakers smell disgusting. They are off gassing in such a horrible way. They absolutely stink.
I never write to the company - this is by far the worst purchase I have made this year. Doubly disappointed that you used the word Canada in the advertising for a non Canadian product
If there was an option to give zero…
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would! It’s a total scam. I ordered shoes that were described as a “true fit” US9, but what was sent was closer to a US7.5. The “hassle free money back guarantee” has been nothing but a hassle. The shipping to return to China would cost more than the shoes! Super frustrating!
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I bought shoes which they described as leather. There is no leather. They are canvas and not nearly worth what I paid for them. The website says hassle free returns but it would cost me well over $100 to return the shoes with a tracking # in order to get my $110.00 back. They also had to be returned within 30 days. There is no way that I would be able to return them to China in that time frame. I am slightly embarrassed that I did not find these reviews before I ordered. Never again will I order on line. Lesson learned.
CANADA MUSE IS A COMPLETE SCAM
CANADA MUSE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Stay away. They send you a cheap and terrible product intentionally. The name Canada Muse is a joke. It's a Chinese company and for you to return, it's minimum $100 for shipping which is close to what you spent and they won't pay for shipping back. They know exactly what they are doing. The blazers I bought were a complete joke.
Steer away from this ‘company

I stupidly ordered 2 tops advertised as 2 for 1. Not only were they garbage compared to the images, I was charged twice ie paid for both. They took a good while to arrive , and of course , now that I have found the return policy I discover that I have to return to Asia at my own expense ! So given that it will likely cost as much as I have paid and it’s doubtful that I will receive a penny back - lesson learned for me! No more online shopping ! You would think that social
Media sites that post these ads would have some kind of validation process in place before allowing.

SCAMM…….so upsetting this is not an actual store!! Be aware. It’s definitely a scam from Brampton. Even the videos they places online trying to deceive are ridiculous. The whole return to Asia it’s a lie.
