I have used Canada one going back many years both for arranging for business travel and holidays. The service has been very good and the staff I have dealt with have been very efficient, knowledgeable and patient understanding my requests explaining things when I have questions of some aspects of their arrangements I don't understand. My memory is good but short and I ask questions which may have been already answered.

I love working with Kelly Johnson! She is amazing, knowledgeable and honest. She knows what I like and works with me to get the best all-inclusive vacations and general flights. I have been working with her for 10+ years now and recommend her to everyone; family, friends, coworkers and strangers I meet on my travels. I get how most people prefer to use the internet to do their own travel thinking their saving. But with all the small print and online sites mixing & matching to get cheap deals, I prefer to know someone is watching out for me and making sure I'm not going to end up with an unpleasant surprise.

Very knowledgeable staff, especially for Asia travel. They always help cater to our specific needs and requests and work to find best routes, connections, and price. We've been using Andy and his team (mostly Donna) for over 15 years and many of our friends have as well. It sure beats navigating through all the internet sites especially when taking long flights to Asia.
