Very bad experience with Flight Expert. They did not solve my issue and were completely unprofessional. Poor communication and no proper support. I wasted $1600 and my valuable time.

I do not recommend their service at all. Please be careful before booking.

Don’t book with this company.I booked with this company two times.They never helped me ,when ever you call them they will talk with dummy names(fake names) and will not help after the tickets have been booked.worst airline ticket sgent.I called the person by abbott,he said he will talk to his supervisor and get back to me but he never reached me.There is no communication between each other department and use one number for communication.Everytime you call if you start from zero with your problem

I called flight expert thinking I was talking to airlines. I requested my middle name be added to my ticket. They insisted it would cost $475 to add my middle name!!!!

I then the airlines directly and they said there is no cost.

Do not use Flight Ticket expert they don't know what they are doing.

I was looking for KLM/Delta phone number to book and got these scammers. Watch out for the 'SERVICE FEE' of over $600.00 after you cancel in less than 24hrs. You're supposed to receive ALL of your money back after a cancelation within 24 hrs
Their agent assured me of that. It's been 10 months now. No money back to my account yet.

Refund not processed. Agents lies to customers. Given flake reference number to take to trace at your bank. Trying to solve this issue since May 2023 to present.
Agents never returns your call.
Never transferred to payment department requested so many times.

Daniel was my customer service expert. He was friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful. He was always available when I had a question and even did my pre boarding check in for me and sent me the link, them text me to make sure I received it. I am a very satisfied customer.
