I was in a hurried situation to get home from Edmonton after my original flight was canceled. I ended up on the phone with an agent from Flights Expert. They had told me about a suitable flight and I agreed to it. They asked to e-transfer them the money. I did that. That booking was never finished. I ended up getting a different flight at the airport through Air Canada. Flights Expert refused to refund my money for a booking that wasn't completed. Because I e-transferred them the money, the bank cannot help me. As soon as I told the bank that Flights Expert asked for an e-tranfer, they told me it must have been a fraud. They said it wasn't professional to e-tranfer and they should have requested a credit card.

The service was tremendously helpful and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them. It was a great team effort on their part to help me resolve my situation.
