Robert was very helpful in quickly recovering my reservation code for a Flair flight a few hours before departure. Much appreciated.

Adam was attentive and informitive with helping me resolve my issues with delayed flights. He took the time to relay my situation to his team and call me back. The issue was resolved quickly within the mandated Canadian Gov Guidelines.

This website mislead people, my son missed his morning flight and I called to re schedule the flight. Eric Mattews from flight expert.com lied and said to me that my son return flight was cancelled and that I needed to buy another ticket. He charged me double the cost. Be careful don’t deal with this websites they are bunch of thief’s.

Update: As part of booking.com booking ( car rental, flights to n fro), guess what? In their request for feedback, Booking.com had the audacity to edit my full and detailed review and excerpt only the part where I gave praise! That review was about Cheerful Guest Home in Vancouver and some party's greed. Was it booking.com then?
So for the Cheerful Guest Home
stay I was hit with extra fees: 16% taxes, 20% daily charge (?), and $39 house cleaning. I hope Trustpilot doesn't mind leaving this updated n more complete review of the entire booking.com fiasco up, because, as I said, booking.com only took the good part and forgot to mention the underhanded way they stuck on extra charges. They only want good reviews it seems, not honest ones. Dates: 16 to 22 Aug, 2023.

Robert offered me exception service!
I missed my flair flight as I got a flat tire on my way to St.John NB .
I missed the check in by 5 min. and security would not help me and the Flair desk was closed and no one to be found. He was patient and very empathetic and quickly searched other options to get me to Toronto.
He found me a flight by Air Canada. The price was astronomical! Regardless he said he would try to get me a refund for my flair flight .
I feel he is a great communicator and very knowledgeable in his field.

My original flight left early without an email, text, vm, so I needed a flight ASAP and got it with frontier I was soooo thankful I made it ...late but made it safe. Will choose them again. Helps for the quick action of booking my flight and getting me to the gate on time.
