The people who helped us were knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind from the very start of our experience, when booking and reserving, to the pick up, to the returning process. We appreciated the role each of them played in helping us fully enjoy our experience.

We rented a Rv for 12 days for a Canada/US road trip. Pricing was more affordable than US rental. Easy pickup. Great demonstration before departure. Good communication throughout rental. Very flexible with changes. Drop off super efficient.
The RV was clean and in great condition. Everything worked perfectly.

We had a very good experience from picking up the RV to returning it. The service was professional and excellent, the RV was well-equipped, and it provided us with a wonderful experience on our trip through the Canadian Rockies.

The best way to see the Rockies and the company itself are transparent with no hidden agenda other than facilitating trips like that. The vehicles are well maintained and as such, a lovely place to call home for the duration of your trip - I would happily return to Canadream.

Smooth & friendly

We had a really great time! The Guys in the Office were very friendly, although we had a few points to argue about. We were able to stay calm and respectfull, thats the main thing!
If we keep our eyes on the RV there are a few little things to criticise: the mattress, it is absolutely Impossible to sleep on it without a topper or anything similar. It is so thin, an just lying on wood. We are only 40, but had backaching after a few hours. So we bought a topper ar wallmart.
The fridge is really in a bad quality, so it broke after a drive over a bumpy street. Which costs us about 800 CAD, because the plasticshelf in the door fell out when we opened it the next time and also the plasic hook ar the fridge door. This must not happen in a RV! Still arguing about this point.
What we really missed were some places to hang up the towels. No hooks or anything else... Where should we dry the wet towels? Maybe this would be am idea, to fix some hooks, maybe at the bathroomdoor?
But the were just really tiny things. In summary, we would always come again!

The RV was in perfect condition. I had no probelms at all. The staff I dealt with were fantastic and the showed me complete operation.

Everything was great. Planning on a return visit.
Two minor issues:
1. The difference between potable and non potable water was not explained during the check in.
2. The faucet in the kitchen sink broke on first use.

Rental was super easy and pickup and drop off were quick. Highly recommend, saved us so much money!

We didn' like Thatcher the safety deposit had been withdrawn from the Credit card Account, instead just blocking the amount. That lead to extra costs of more than 70 € (withdrawal and refund).
Furthermore we didn't like the late Pick up time (free of charge) on the first Day vice versa the extra costs of 100 CAN $ for an earlier pick up.

The staff were really helpful and made the whole rental process very easy. The van was good and gave no trouble during our vacation

The Caution was a Bit of pain in the Axx. Because of the difference between Euro and Dollar.

The RV rental was a wonderful family experience. We were pleased with the service we received when picking up our unit in Calgary. Having flown to Calgary, we had to outfit the RV with the living essentials that we "expected" would be in the unit. We were charged for everything from kitchen essentials to towels and blankets. These are the types of items that "should" be included in the already expensive process. We chose to drop off in a different location so there was a cost with that choice so we are not referencing this additional cost.

The 28foot RV handled very well for a larger vehicle. We were happy with the choice of unit we rented.

Overall, we will not be choosing to rent an RV again, not because of the negative experience but because of the unforeseen and costly additional expenses that we believed should be included into the original rental cost.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful & our RV was fantastic! We would definitely hire from Canadream again.

Was a very good experience from start to finish to how Friendly the staff where to showing you everything you needed to know would highly recommend them and would use canadream rv again

The experience was great. Personally, I would have liked more electrical outlets near the table.
The fridge lock latch needs to be better.

De instructions were very good. Camper was clean, everything we needed was on board.

It was great when I first got the camper. Was greater when I was returning it. And even the best after that when I wanted to find my lost items that I left in the vehicle.
