No heat and fridge door fell off
The heat in the rv didn’t work most of the time, and the fridge door fell off and on to the floor one night

Great service from Canadream
Great service from Canadream. The measure of a good company for me is what happens when things go wrong. Our first RV developed a fault but they were able to quickly get a replacement to us to allow the holiday to continue.
Top service for me.

An Unforgettable Cross-Canada RV Adventure with CanaDream
We had an excellent experience renting an RV from CanaDream for our cross-Canada road trip! The vehicle was NEW, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to drive. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, from pickup in Montreal to return in Calgary, making our trip stress-free and truly memorable. We would gladly rent from CanaDream again and highly recommend them!

Could be a better experience
Overall, it was a good experience, but when explaining the insurance coverage related to liabilities, the salesperson didn’t provide a precise explanation (and in some cases, even misleading information). This lack of clarity led us to purchase a mediocre option, which ultimately cost our company friend $1,000, a cost that could have been easily avoided and made this experience much better

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your overall experience was a good one.
We’re sorry, however, that the insurance coverage explanation was not as clear as it should have been. We understand how important accurate information is when choosing coverage options, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so our team can review and improve communication for future guests.

CanaDream offers the greatest RVs. We had a great time with my brother visiting from New York. Actually, we had an accident on the way to returning the car, but thanks to the liability zero option the provide, everything went without problem. The staff members are also super kind, helpful, and fast. I'll definitely use CanaDream next time.
