The RV was much older than we expected.
We have some troubles. By email was understanding but by drop off was the employer not very friendly about it.

Good people. Very accommodating

We were assisted by a German-speaking employee when we picked up the camper, which we greatly appreciated.

The vehicle drove well. We had no problems with it. However, the drawer latches didn't work perfectly. The email address didn't work when we tried to report the damage.

Compared with our previous RV experience, this one was better in terms of convenience, staff friendliness, and overall service. The RV was also well stocked with the necessary supplies.

Check in and check out we’re straightforward and easy. The staff were good to deal with at the Calgary location and we were happy with the vehicle. The kitchen set we rented could’ve been more comprehensive - we ended up buying one or two bits to top up but otherwise good.

Pick up and drop off were both very efficient and straight forward. Autumn was our rep for both and she was excellent.

This was our first time renting an RV, and CanaDream made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We were traveling with our 3-month-old baby and elderly parents, so having a reliable and comfortable unit was especially important. The RV was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and ready to go upon pickup, which gave us confidence right from the start.
The reception process was efficient, and all instructions were explained clearly and thoroughly. As first-time RV renters, we appreciated how easy the team made everything to understand. The return process was just as smooth and hassle-free.
Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Luis, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference and helped make our family trip stress-free and enjoyable.

A very positive experience, very well organized, top notch service and quality motor home. We will defiantly for back for another trip.

Great driving experience, very comfortable van. The only thing I didn’t like was the control device for water level, being clear water, grey and black waters. The reading is very inaccurate and in my opinion this device needs improvement. Staff attendance was superb and I will definitely rent again from Canadream. Thanks you very much !

We had a great experience renting from Canadream in Calgary. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. We were lucky to get an entirely new RV, which was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a large refrigerator and a microwave. The return process was efficient and hassle-free, and our deposit was released back to our credit card account just two hours after we dropped the vehicle off. We highly recommend them and will definitely rent there again in the future.

Beside spending 12 days in one of the most beautiful places on earth
The RV was exactly what we needed and expected
It was efficient clean and effective
And after a rough hikes and full day of activity nothing feels better then getting home as fast as you can say h o m e just in time to rest and move on to next point of interest

Very few “bugs” on the Rv that could of turn this vacation from amazing to perfect
But to be fare to all I will mention them here

1) water reservoir is a bit small and was leaking as we drove
You will realize fast that long showers or running water to do dishes is not something possible unless you are hooked up to full service
But even after we adjusted to Rv water conservation mode it was still not sufficient and we had to fill in at least once per day
This might of been a mechanical issue and it’s not representative to all RV but regardless I wanted to mention it

2) generator use - though the price is not huge an hour will run you 3.5$ (plus your fuel) overall we used it for 2 hours and had to pay 7$ upon the return
Again not huge but would be better if canadream simply include like 5 hours of usage in the contract so you worry less
Regardless most sites restrict generators use to a limited window which often you miss as you have other activities

3) fuel
Though this is not canadream fault but plan to spend approximately 35-50$ per 100km of trip
(Depending on your Rv size and load as well as gas prices) just be prepared it’s $200-$300 per fill up

4) battery life just like the water I find the battery life to be a little short for comfort and not once we run generator or start the car to boost up the voltage in the Rv
Lights are not an issue but fan and other systems can drain the battery fast

5) cooking and smoke alarm
Though I was appreciate the sentiment and importance of smoke alarm but this thing was waaaay to sensitive
I was boiling water and before it was really bubbling the alarm went off
Just to be clear windows were open hood fan going and the roof vent fan just beside the sensor was on max. It was a bit annoying, I had to reset it 10 times during breakfast making of frying an egg or two. I can only imagine less patient person would pull this thing off to stop the alarm at 6 am from going off over and over. I was going to say it’s just my Rv probably but after I heard it too at friends of ours who joined the trip too with their own RV I was sure canadream simply installed the most super sensitive alarms and after hearing it on other canadream Rv staying on same camp grounds I got my confidence it’s a wide spread problem

Less sensitive or install in different location or different equipment would be better for guests experience

6) pick up and drop off times are a bit inconvenient
You get too short windows and it’s “forced” on you to take what’s available which is in reality not a choice
Would be nice if the options can be spreads better throughout the day and stay a choice (determined by flights distance and other preferences)
Returning RV at 8am is not the most pleasant option given you driving from 200-400km away
unless you camp at canadream the last night

But Overall this was an amazing trip and despite of all the small issues I would do it again in a heartbeat
Staff were polite and professional and the experience overall was very pleasant

Both the check-in and out process seemed long. There were a couple of unhappy customers at the desk while we were waiting and although the service desk people were pleasant they did not seem to be very efficient. Our camper was missing the shower hose so we were unable to shower and there was scum in the bathroom. The cupboards/counters had not been properly wiped. The orientation was very quick and confusing on the heating system and panel so we found it confusing and couldn't find a thorough description in the manual. The drop off time did not allow us to camp the last night and get back on time so we returned it one night early (with no compensation).

We received excellent service overall and I would probably reserve with them again, but we encountered a significant issue with our RV. The RV had a leak in the bathroom, next to the shower, and we woke up one morning to find the bathroom flooded.

Canadream asked us to return to one of their locations for repairs rather than providing a replacement RV. As a result, we had to purchase supplies to contain the leak and clean up the water damage. This also required additional travel, resulting in extra mileage charges.

Since Canadream owed us reimbursement for the supplies we purchased, they deducted that amount from the charges. However, we were also given the RV with only a quarter tank of fuel.

Because we were returning from Jasper to Calgary and were concerned about fuel availability along the route, we only used approximately half a tank of gas. We returned the RV with about a quarter tank more fuel than when we received it, but this was not taken into consideration.

The vacancy trip is perfect whit Canadream

Great service and run through everything and made sure that we were happy before leaving us

Charged me for fuel even though we brought it back exactly at the same amount. Also tons of features stopped working on our unit.
