Charged me for fuel even though we brought it back exactly at the same amount. Also tons of features stopped working on our unit.

Great service from CanaDream crew in Calgary. Autum was great at pick-up and drop-off making sure we knew everything we needed to. The videos and guide book are simple and clear making it easy to use and operate. The RV was excellent, reliable and straightforward to drive and manoeuvre. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Coming from the UK it was super-easy to make the transition to Canada roads.

I cannot fault the booking experience nor the people factor both via email or when we arrived, all very helpful and friendly.

I did ask before we arrived what van we would get as it was just my wife and I. As we booked a Super Saver 6 there were several van options and I was told they could not tell us until we arrived because they were not sure what would be available. We ended up getting was a 10 berth 33 foot long van that was just a bit of overkill for 2 people. This restricted us on where we could take it and luckily we did not need to access those places that had a 25 foot length restriction.

Although not your issue, the amount of gas stations was a surprise. Basically the lack of them is what I am getting at. I guess this is an visual thing, not wanting too have them dotted around such a beautiful landscape. Makes it hard though when you cant find a gas station to fill up!

Everything was great. Nice people. We had a great time in a brand new camper.

I was disappointed with the customer service at reception. I was informed by email that an early pickup would be available for an additional fee, but upon arrival, the receptionist repeatedly said the vehicle was not ready and seemed unaware of the prior communication.

The situation was handled unprofessionally, as the issue was discussed in front of other customers instead of privately. There was also a misunderstanding with my rental information, and the receptionist came across as rude and unaccommodating rather than addressing it courteously.

In addition, the RV power outlet did not work. Although troubleshooting assistance was provided after several calls, the issue was never resolved, causing significant inconvenience throughout our trip.

That said, the drop-off process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant, which we appreciated. Despite the issues we experienced, we still had a wonderful vacation thanks to the beautiful places we visited.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish. We arrived from Ireland and first time to use an RV..the check in, pretty check, familiarisation session etc was flawless...the staff were so nice and helpful. I think it was Lincoln who did our check in, really nice guy! The rv we got was immaculate and too class for the 9 days. We purchased the drop and go pack so all we had to do was drop it back with fuel and not worry about cleaning it ourselves. When you add the costs up it looks expensive but then you think it's your transport amd accommodation for your stay and its freedom too all rolled in to 1..it works out pretty ok!! Would 100% recommend and will definitely use Canadream again when we get back to drive another route. 5 out of 5!

Our Canadream RV experience was outstanding from start to finish. Easy to book from afar, exceptional service at RV pick up and we felt confident we understood how to confidently operate and maximise our experience. The RV was high quality and had everything provided to make our week in the Rocky Mountains very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for the great memories. Prompt service even when we dropped off a day early due to rain. Great vehicle and the camper was perfect for our use

The RVs were in really lovely condition, almost felt brand new inside. The vans were spotlessly clean and the explanation was clear and thorough when we picked the van up.
Beds are comfy, bedding is great. We asked for extra bedding in case we wanted to sleep separately and this was provided immediately.
We had the maxi plus - and were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor bar section (with sink, grill, fridge and TV)... was a great addition. Going larger to get the slid outs was great for us, loads more space for not much more money, would recommend (they are not much bigger than size down with no slide outs).
Check in and drop off was smooth and easy.
Cannot fault the RVs in any way and would rent again in a heartbeat.

The pick up and drop off process was straight forward and the RV was very well appointed.

We had a great experience picking up the RV in Calgary and doing a 6 day trip to Banff, Kootenay, and Yoho national parks. The check in and out process was easy and I was glad to ensure I got the additional packages for drop and go and zero liability for peace of mind. My only criticism is that we couldn’t get an early check in and didn’t get on the road till 2pm so we lost half a day at the beginning.

Had a fantastic overall experience from picking up till dropping off. Super friendly and helpful staff and was very clear with instructions.
