One star off for no island bed in a 30' motorhome. 4 stars for service and excellent personnel.

Our RV trip itself was enjoyable, but I was disappointed with how a post-rental issue was handled.

During normal highway driving, the exterior water heater access door detached from the RV without any collision, impact, off-road driving, or misuse. We reported the issue immediately, provided photos, and were instructed by CanaDream's North America Guest Support team to continue the trip.

Despite this, we were later charged for the replacement upon return, even though no evidence was provided showing negligence or misuse on our part. I respectfully dispute the charge because the issue appeared consistent with a mechanical latch/hinge failure during ordinary use.

I appreciate that CanaDream later offered a partial goodwill refund, but I remain disappointed with the handling of liability for what appears to have been a mechanical failure rather than customer-caused damage

Everything are great and going smoothly ，this is our frist time rent RV from Canadream, but what ever picking up or dropping off are very simple and hassle-free，we like it.

Great company, my 4th rental from Canadream(to Newfoundland, Banff, Toronto to Calgary, to Florida), never let me down

CanaDream is an excellent company, very organized, and provided us with a great experience. Excellent value for money, great support, and good quality RVs. Highly recommend.

Hired a truck camper for 10 nights from Calgary to Vancouver.

Truck was brand new and fantastic.

Camper was just what we need as a couple.

Everything worked to plan, no issues, service from Canadream was excellent, especially the lady who checked us in in Calgary, she couldn't have been more helpful!

We had a great experience with Canadream. They were able to drop off the unit to my home (for a fee of course) and when they forgot something we had paid for, they looked after getting it to us. The unit arrived clean and ready to go. We had an engine light turn on and they were responsive and helpful in determining if this was serious or not (it wasn't). They even checked in throughout our weekend to ensure it remained a non-issue. When they couldn't reach us they went so far as to contact the campground. The woman helping us check the unit back in was really friendly. The check in process was easy and the videos really helpful. I also appreciated the printed booklet they provide.

Of course this experience was expensive - the little things add up quickly. However, I would never hesitate to do this again. It was a great experience.

Helpful feedback: I had pre-paid for linens. During the check in process there is an option to add them. Since I had already paid for them, I didn't select them at this time. I was told this was why they hadn't been delivered to me. This part of the check in was frustrating and unclear.

When we drove in to drop the vehicle off, another unit pulled in behind us. They were served before us which was frustrating. Then after I was given the all clear to leave, the woman doing the inspection told me I needed to go with her back to the unit because there was a rock chip. This had already been noted on the file. She then left me to go talk to a mechanic (I think?) and I went back to the front desk. That woman told me I didn't need to worry about the chip since I had paid for the coverage. Not a huge deal, but it was slightly annoying to have to walk back and forth across the parking lot after being told I could leave.

tire pressure monitors were faulty and they refused to swap a vehicle. Wasted the first two days calling around and going to tire place but obviously everywhere was fully booked for such last minute appointments. We were forced to use this despite it being unsafe.

My experience overall was good. The check in was great. We were early and they managed to get us in. The only part of the check that has bad was the person giving us the orientation could hardly speak english. The unit was was clean and everything worked fine.

Couple of issues. Initial booking back in Dec 2025 indicated we would be getting a "Maxi Motorhome" not the large Maxi Travel Truck/Camper that we were given (based on the visual depiction on the contract sent to us). I understand that three different types of units were offered through the Saver 2 rental but when a picture depicts a different unit than what we expected, that wasn't very acceptable to us. When we asked if we could get a different unit at the pickup, we were told it would be "5 hours & an additional $500" for this to happen! UNACCEPTABLE!
The Ford F350 was a pleasure to drive but the camper unit gave us problems with the sleeping space over the truck cab.
The young gentleman that gave us the orientation didn't quite cover off a number of things - how much diesel fuel went into the truck (no truck operations manual was provided - should have been); wasn't clear where the grey/black water hose was stored; some form of truck operations lights came on & stayed on for a long during the drive on the outside mirrors, which we couldn't figure out why; again no truck operations manual available!
At the final return of unit & check-out, we complained about these issues but were only offered a credit for future rental. In my mind when a returning customer (we have rented as RV unit from Canadream a number of times over the years) has some concerns & issues with it's current rental, the credit should be applied to that rental, not future ones!

Our trip with Canada Dream was absolutely amazing! Everything was organized perfectly from start to finish. Thank you so much to manager Ulyana for making this journey truly unforgettable for us. We really appreciated all your help, support, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Canada Dream for an incredible travel experience!

Rude Staff. Charging money for very minor things. Fraserway is far far better.

2nd time to rent with Canadream and service was still excellent.
RV was without problems. We booked the saver 6 for 4 adults and 2 kids, and got the XL motorhome. It was massive! Despite the size, driving it along icefields parkway, hilly hi-ways across central alberta, merging along transcanada hiway was easy.
The RV was well equipped and returning was a breeze.

I could not use the propane heater and it got quite cold some nights

Reliable and trustworthy

The staff was good to deal with, we did not get the RV we originally wanted but the one that was supplied was sufficient. We had no problems with the RV, everything worked as expected.

Easy pick up and drop off. Had a great time and when an issue arose it was handled quickly and professionally.

Provided a good experience at an affordable cost.
Staff is generally very helpful.
There is care for customers.
Some staff are very young and new, so they should be more trained .
Vehicles were provided in good condition.
There is less support when it comes to guiding where to stay and park during the travel, the information is generally generic not specific.
The instructions about how to turn on the furnace should be looked into and rewritten.
The rear window of the Ford DVC has no window blinds, the pull down screen does not stops the light from coming in the cabin.
The curtain for the windscreen does not sticks to the Velcro well, duct tape needed to keep it hanging.
The vehicle itself is comfortable and easy to drive.
A better hand parking brake or electronic park brake will be helpful.

All in all very good. No complaints. Would happily use them again
