We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We travelled with two small children really had a blast. Leaving the camper van back was a little chaotic but overall great experience.

The staff all the way from booking, to pick up, to maintenance and to drop off staff were extremely friendly but equally as important were also highly effective at what they do.

I can only start to write my evaluation now, as we are still on vacation throughout the north and west of canada and like to enjoy instead of sitting and writing . Be sure, when we are back home in four weeks from now, i will put down every tiny detail.
I a nutshell, the winter ready Maxi motorhome (Ford E450 based) was a nightmare due to negleted preparation, missed maintenance and repairs of existing defects, batteries not working properly, water ingestion in baggage trunk, wobbly steering, shower leaking, failure indicators blinking when no failure should exist, indicators failing, vehicle not properly explaining during handover procedure and many more.
Only positive aspects was the cancellation of our second rental in Vancouver for another three weeks without charges and the return procedure with a highly competent station leader and his friendly, helping staff in Halifax.
Everybody at Canadream should be like these people, and complaints like this would be obsolete.
Advice: think twice before renting with Canadreams for 385 Can$ per night everage and avoid the Toronto station.

everything went smoothly. The experience was great April is a good time of the year to travel because you get better rates than you would during the high season.

Tim and the staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The RV was clean and well equipped.
TIP. Get the comprehensive insurance! It paid for itself as we hit a pole and blew out the side mirror glass.

Canadream was excellent, I have nothing but good things to say. Partway through our long distance trip, our cruise control stopped working. Canadream approved the repair quickly, worked to get it diagnosed and fixed and immediately reimbursed the cost upon return of the RV. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout and worked with us to find a location that worked with our travel itinerary. The staff at the Brampton office were great to work with!! Pickup and drop off was efficient and straightforward. We'd definitely book with them again. And the RV itself was great too!

Hired out of season in November so many campsites closed but didn’t spoil the fun, especially when the snow came!
Thankfully RV winterised so cozy and warm 24 hours a day 😊

We had a fantastic holiday with the rv of Canadream. It started with a very warm welcome, and when we were missing bedding, they were kindly brought to our camper. The winter rv was in excellent condition and fully equipped. We were able to stay warm with the furnace. Everything was explained upon pickup and clearly presented in a booklet. We truly enjoyed our holiday. Even when we returned the camper, there were some minor damages that weren't our fault, and they were very accommodating and repaired them at Canadream's expense. This wasn't our last time with Canadream!

Only complaint was next time you order class c motor home get diesel engines easier on customers wallet for fuel

Bought used 2023 class c 2441 , hole in discharge pipework for black and grey water, it was was temporarily fixed by Canadreams with some kind of sealant. Imagine my surprise when it let go during black tank flush. Nice mess for myself and campground. Our Sales representative was contacted, told we were 1 month over warranty ,regardless RV was sold to us with hole in drainage pipework allowing black waste to release in valve compartment.

I want to thank everyone over there. They were very kind courteous very informative showed you everything in and out of the RV very very happy with the service that I got from them.

From their online check-in, to the pickup experience, to the RV itself, everything was beyond expectations!

The instructions on how to run the RV were fantastic, made everything easy and straightforward. Customer service was easy to reach and always answered any questions. The RV itself ran like a dream, no issues, everything worked and was clean. I would definitely recommend and use CanaDream again and again. Also, the price was less than any other RV rental I researched.

When booking, the person on the phone helped me plan my trip to determine what package options would be best for us. The staff at both ends were very friendly, and the tutorial materials helped me feel confident with driving the vehicle.

Our TCA RV rental had a broken heater so we were without heat for our 10 day trip in October, made for an uncomfortable trip as it was close to 0c during nights.

We appreciate the efforts the staff went to try to help us fix the issue, including guiding us to the nearest RV repair center. However because parts for repair weren't readily available we had to deal with the issue for the whole trip.

We hope that maintenance can be improved so that major functionalities such as heating (especially in late fall) are not a problem.

If you are looking to rent an RV, be diligent to check over every functionality of the RV before you leave their rental center in order to ensure a smooth trip.

Early booking got us discounts on a lot of extras, the service was good and the RV was great! Everything worked perfectly and we had more than enough space with 6 big guys. Fantastic experience

Everything was perfekt! We picked up the RV easiliy, had a beautyful time in Canada. All works easy. We recomment Canadream and we will come back 🍁😊🍁

The RV was excellent, the service was friendly, quick, and readily available. However, the reservation options were numerous and sometimes overlapping and unclear, so we needed to spend a lot of time on that. One recommendation for Canadream is to have is for a more decisive policy regarding winterization. We rented from Oct 3- 18 in Ontario and Quebec, but before we left there was a great deal of confusion and discussion regarding winterization policy (or lack of it). Of course, as it worked out, we actually needed AC for part of the journey, but the rental process was unnecessarily complicated by the lack of certainty.
Two other issues: Grey and black water indicators were very unreliable. We were warned that they were imprecise, but they were way off all the time (we were careful to have level spots). Also, the gas mileage was considerably worse than indicated by Canadream.
