Fast for Rental and Drop Off. Good RV and friendly Employee

got a brand new RV and new car seats for the kids. everything worked perfectly in the RV and also during pick-up and drop-off, friendly staff!

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We had a bit of difficulty reaching anyone through the Auto Trader ad but, once that was addressed, first with the Calgary office & then in Brampton, it was a very smooth process to obtain our RV. We are very grateful to Suraj Kaluarachchy for his professional, caring manner, & for all his assistance & concern for our trip back home with our new to us Coachman Beyond 22C. We christened our RV soon after we got it by tearing the AC unit off by going under a concrete awning. Suraj made arrangements for us to visit the Mirabel, Quebec location to have the damaged unit weather sealed until we could have it replaced back home. Both Suraj & the gentleman in Mirabel went above & beyond to help us & we are so grateful for this. I would highly recommend Canadream to anyone thinking of renting &/or purchasing from this company.

Overall, the service was good, the staff were friendly, and any issues that arose during our four-week vacation were handled professionally.
Here the issues during my journey:
1) When we picked up the vehicle in Toronto, the battery was weak and failed at 3 a.m. on the first night when we were parked. We had to return to the rental station. This could have been prevented by maintenance (battery load test).
2) The door lock on the living cabin is very fiddly and sticks; the key broke off. What is really an issue if you can't enter the living cabin anymore. A spare key or a better lock would certainly have been useful here. 3) The provisionally repaired refrigerator door fell off its hinge when opened after two weeks and we were left holding the handle. The station in Halifax provided us with exemplary assistance, even though it was very busy, thank you for that.

The pick-up and return went smoothly, and there was even German-speaking staff.
So overall my rating is good with some potential for improvement.

When we checked in, we only received some important information after asking another staff member — it would have been helpful to get all the details right away.
On the positive side, we received a brand-new motorhome, which was a great surprise and made our stay very comfortable.

Both check in and check out processes were quick and easy. The RV was in excelent condition and all the video and printed guides were very helpful for a first-timer RV renter.

The camper was almost perfect
Big power in the engine, but …. a lot of petrol

This was our first experience with Canadream and it certainly won't be our last. The people of Canadream take the time to make sure you understand everything about the RV you're about to drive for the next weeks. They stress the importance of road safety: the RV is big, wide, high and heavy. "You're an elephant. Elephants are slow." We liked the metaphore. And it's so great to explore Canada in an RV. For anyone who worries about the size of the vehicle: you are unlikely to run into a lack of space on the road or on parking lots. Many other vehicles are actually a lot bigger than yours. We loved everything about Canadream.

Our experience from start to finish was just spot on..... OK where to start
Like my booking mistake i botched, they corrected for me and changed dates, no problem.
Pick up was easy , concise, professional, and our lady was especially amazing, as due to my complete incompetence , and am unable to put in writing but trust me she basically saved our holiday and found a work around that no other company would have helped like that.
Vehicle was easy to drive even if it was my first time driving a RV on the wrong side , immaculate, and smelt new.
Upon return was easy and hassel free, no dings , no dents, just 1 KM over our allowance so waiting to see if i get charged the 47 cents LOL.
We did pay the extra to drop and run, so they clean and empty so I guess that was well worth it making it easy squeezy.
We loved Canada and the people and will defo be coming back but for much longer so to be able to go further around.

Also special thanks at Ludivine from Calgery from the office road assistant. Great Job.! We can recommend Canadream at any time. Great service. All they make a great Job.

Reliable RV. Ease to drive, knowledge and pleasant staff.
Some hidden fees, like paying for pick up and drop off not during "free times."
But renting this RV, Class C, has helped us decide on purchasing one for retirement.

Clean and comfortable RV with all comforts of home. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The person who helped while picking up was super helpful and knowledgeable and the lady that helped us during our drop off was nice too. Overall, this location has the best employees and they will go out of their way to help you especially if you are new to this experience!

First time RV renters here, we really loved our Canadream experience! We booked online, then after we booked we had some questions and received excellent support via email, the customer service is really appreciated! The very kind lady helping us at the Brampton office made our day, she took time, was so friendly, we could ask all our questions during the walk through we booked. I forgot your name I'm sorry, but I loved your nails and your kind smile ;) we hope to be back soon and will definitely book again! 10/10 experience for us, Thank you!

Easy reservation process, helpfull staff and brandnew campervan (54 kms).
The only problem for us was not to be able to make the final payment by credit card via a link.
