The vehicle was ideal for long drives and cozy nights — the heating worked perfectly throughout our trip. Although the battery did not charge properly when connected to external power, this was a minor issue as we traveled daily. Parking such a large vehicle requires some practice, so it’s advisable to have a second person assist when reversing. Overall, we were very pleased and would gladly rent again.

The RV itself was great. Lots of power, good handling and enough room for our family of 5. The only glaring issue for us was the added unforeseen costs for things like dishes, cutlery, coffee maker and toaster, blankets and towels. When you arrive to a hotel, they don't charge you for those things....we believe they should be included in the original cost of the rental.

The RV was quite used. 80.000km left their traces on the Vehicle. For example: All Storage Lock couldn‘t be locked safe.

As stated before, the paid for early collection slot was not kept as the location was undermanned. The RV had a cracked windscreen, damaged cabinets, water damage to the over cab sleeping area, one of the external luggage locker keys was broken which meant the luggage could not be secured and was a cause of concern throughout the trip . The floor was dirty and the walls were dirty. This just let the whole experience feeling tarnished and cheap which it was not.
