The RV had several issues, including a leaking bathroom faucet that I had to fix myself to prevent water damage. Additionally, the awning was sealed by the rental company, leaving us fully exposed to the sun at many campsites. We also expected a more modern RV – equipped with features like a navigation system or Apple CarPlay – but those were missing.

Great for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds above the cab were separate singles rather than a double, which was critical for us. Plenty of space, helped by the slide out dining area. Pleasant to drive and had helpful features for driving like reversing camera, cruise control, and tow/haul option for descending hills. Bluetooth radio was useful, but seemed to only have speakers in the cab. There was a DVD player that we might have been able to use to solve that problem, but we didn't bother. Several USB ports dotted about, which was good. Bathroom was very usable.

The van was roadworthy and comfortable. Shame the awing was no longer in use. All the extra costs for basic amenities makes it very expensive. Do not agree with the US$140 for 'drop & go service - cleaning of the outside of the van should not be an extra cost.

We booked our rv from the end of September till mid october. When trying to book we had a pop up warning us for winterised rv’s. We opted for a winter-rv so that we could use bathroom and sink. According to the website, features of the winter rv include amongst others Vent pillows,Insulated curtain and Fleece sheets. Upon pickup however, those items were not present in the rv, nor was it possible to have them added, as apparently the full features of the winter rv are only available upon pick up after the 1st of october. After insisting we were given some extra blankets. We had a few freezing nights. The insulating curtains and vent pillows would have come in handy. Apart from that we were happy to have the winter-rv. It is quite large for only 2 persons, but the extra batteries, generator, and a spacious shower cabin, and heater were highly appreciated.
