The item arrived damaged. Considering the fact that the cardboard packaging was without any damage the item was probably damaged already before sending.
Of course I reach out to the seller asking for either refund or replacement. They just refused and then stopped communicating completely. Now I have collector item without any value...

Don't order at this shop!
I bought in june there a lot of rubberducks. 3 of them are defect. They curved outward. The ducks can't stay normal and wobble. I ask the shop for refund or exchange the ducks. This is a production defect. The shop said: "No it's impossible! This is not a production defect! This is a manufacturing deviation!"
I tried often, but the shop refuses to get the defect ducks back!!!
Also out of some boxes were some color spots! I told this to the shop and they said this is a transport damage! Please explaine how get this color spots into a closed box!
Collisimo number created but after 10 days tracking still states that laposte is awaiting reception of the package to begin shipment.
