I'm certainly sorry to see you feel this way about our shirts but it couldn't be further from the truth! All our products are made with the best quality materials and this is especially the case for our formal cotton shirts.
I can see you ordered poplin shirts which are mid-weight cotton. If you require heavier fabric then I would suggest you to go for our royal oxford shirts.
Of course, if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase then by all means return it to us under our guarantee for a refund within your return period.

Not great
Attracted to a pop up advert and ordered two shirts just to see if they lived up to expectations. Speedy delivery and the shirts arrived in a few days. Unfortunately the shirts are really poor quality. The cotton is the thinnest I’ve ever witnessed on a gents shirt. I’ve wore one of them yesterday and it has now been washed. I’m not sure if I’ll wear it again! Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.

Would you be so kind as to tell us in more detail why the shirts you received were of "poor quality"? I can see you ordered poplin shirt which is usually light to mid weight material. If you require any heavier material I would suggest you to go for twill or royal oxford weave.

Decent Product - Poor Customer Service!
I came across Canarie Shirts via a pop-up on Facebook. I ordered 2 shirts on the sale to try them out. Only one shirt arrived with no message or despatch note to say that the other will follow. The quality looks fine but I've Emailed them twice and I'm yet to receive a response. I'd appreciate some communication to let me know if they intend to refund me or send the other item at a later date! Seems to be a common theme with this company! :-)
