Worst shirt ever bought.
Bought my first shirt from Canarie Shirts. I think in future I will stick with my old favourites Charles Tyrwhit, Hawes and Curtis, Brook Tavener and T M Lewin. My first shirt rubbish. Never worn, sent to charity shop.

Nightmare business to deal with, ordered 5 shirts that were advertised as in stock but were not, then offered alternative shirts that were also not in stock, sent 3 of 5 ordered in wrong size and I am still chasing a refund. refused to call me and no phone number. Buyer beware when dealing with this company !

I've had a look at your order and I can see a refund was processed on the day that was promised however, this can take up to 2 - 3 working days to reach out to your ( which was mentioned in the email ).

Great service. Canarie shirts are slightly smaller than the nominal size ie I ordered 15 1/2" size collar but had to exchanged them for 16"..It was no problem as Canarie customer service is excellent

Spot on shirts ordered size 19” neck and 37” sleeve length, these fit perfectly for me and washes so well. Next time I would use Royal Mail express service that they offer instead of Hermes as they always struggle to deliver in my local area

I have added another star for responding to the initial review.
Lower your expectations to save disappointment.
I went overboard and bought 4 shirts seeing the excellent reviews and the website (back to office necessities). 2 of them were utter and the rest medium disappointment. Non-iron after washing feels wattle and a steam iron struggled to fix. The utter ones were wafer thin and gives the vest has no scope to hide. These are styled well and fit well hence the 2 stars.
So, my advice is to avoid the first 2 below and look elsewhere for the last 2.
Paid £19.99 each plus shipping and honestly think it is worth half the price.

Hi Peiry, we appreciate your feedback here as always. I'm certainly sorry that some of your shirts have not lived up to our high standards.
This is obviously very disappointing, but I can assure you that nothing about our shirts is poor quality - especially the cotton fabric that we use. Each shirt we produce they are always made to our exacting standards and checked thoroughly.
Some shirt fabric would require a little bit of ironing especially after wash or after opening straight from the package.
