Cana Wine Co delivered my wine 3 days after I ordered it. I called the company directly and Connor provided me with incredible service from the start. He got my wine packaged and picked up for shipment within 5 minutes of taking my order. He was a delight to work with. Going forward I will skip the middlemen and order directly from Cana.

I ordered some nice wine from them, and got an email confirming the order. So far, so good. Shortly thereafter, I get an email asking me whether I want to hold off shipping the wine due to hot weather - meanwhile, we’re in mid-October. I ask them to ship it ASAP, and then they went dark. I sent a follow-up email, requesting a response, and even left them a voicemail, but they’ve gone silent. Will never order with them again.

Buyer beware. I ordered the Crown Royal XR Red Waterloo. It wanted me to pay by paypal. I entered the address to where my item was to be shipped and the bill of sale sends it sending it to my old former address that was on my paypal account. I entered my current address on the screen to order the product. Then I was sent a tracking number and it says it was delivered to some parcel locker in Florida. I was now advised by Canawine that there a fraudulent websites using the Canawine name. I was luckily able to get my money refunded through PayPal.
