Great seller, but...

All as promised and good communication. Would have given 5 stars, if the bottles weren't individually wrapped in plastic foil and sent in styrofoam casing. Really??

Regarding the packaging, we use professional, industry-standard materials to make sure every bottle arrives safely and intact. The individual wrap prevents label scuffs and contains any rare leaks during transit, while the molded shipper is the same protective system used by most wineries and retailers.

We’d rather customers open their box to perfectly preserved bottles than risk breakage. It’s the extra step that keeps your wine in top shape from our cellar to your door.

Cana Wine Co delivered my wine 3 days…

Cana Wine Co delivered my wine 3 days after I ordered it. I called the company directly and Connor provided me with incredible service from the start. He got my wine packaged and picked up for shipment within 5 minutes of taking my order. He was a delight to work with. Going forward I will skip the middlemen and order directly from Cana.

Horrible customer service

I ordered some nice wine from them, and got an email confirming the order. So far, so good. Shortly thereafter, I get an email asking me whether I want to hold off shipping the wine due to hot weather - meanwhile, we’re in mid-October. I ask them to ship it ASAP, and then they went dark. I sent a follow-up email, requesting a response, and even left them a voicemail, but they’ve gone silent. Will never order with them again.

Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry for the frustration here. We’ve looked into this and, so far, haven’t been able to locate any voicemail or email from you following our weather-hold note. It’s possible something got lost in transit, but we definitely want to get this sorted right away.

Just to clarify our process:

We sometimes recommend holding shipments even in October when temps along delivery routes are still higher than ideal for wine.

We also avoid shipping late in the week to prevent wine from sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend. It’s all about protecting your bottles’ quality.

Standard shipping happens on Mondays for that reason.

We’re happy to ship your order on the next available truck and send you tracking as soon as it labels. Could you please give us a quick call at (629) 800-5131 so we can confirm the details and get your wine on its way?

We take both product care and communication seriously, and we’ll make sure this is handled promptly.

Be sure you order through the official CanaWine website.

Buyer beware. I ordered the Crown Royal XR Red Waterloo. It wanted me to pay by paypal. I entered the address to where my item was to be shipped and the bill of sale sends it sending it to my old former address that was on my paypal account. I entered my current address on the screen to order the product. Then I was sent a tracking number and it says it was delivered to some parcel locker in Florida. I was now advised by Canawine that there a fraudulent websites using the Canawine name. I was luckily able to get my money refunded through PayPal.
