Awesome Whiskey Purchase Experience

The customer service was first class. The fact that you can speak with someone on the phone is awesome. They have access to many rare variations of alcohol and if they don't have something in stock, they go the extra mile to find it. This store has become one of my favorites to trade with b/c they pride themselves in helping customers locate rare vintage bottles. Prices are fair and the shipping was top notch. I will continue to ask them first when I'm searching for something. Thank you!

I ve always had a good experience with Cana wine co.til this time.my order was priced great shipped fast and I was notified of each and every step.delivery was a day early.now the item was packed in a plastic wrap surrounded by shipping peanuts.there was a box inside as well.it was crushed.the box that both items was shipped in had definitely been thrown around.i ve never seen a package delivered sealed with brown tape then clear shipping tape followed by duct tape.i am not holding Cana wine co at fault.i just think a fragile sticker needs to be added to the packaging.

I will admit I was a little concerned…

I will admit I was a little concerned at the timeline. It took to receive my product. There are a lot of scams out there understand when I did receive my bottle. Great care was taken to seal it and protect it during shipping could be more happier.
I will continue to purchase in the future

I ordered Jack Daniel’s 27 gold double…

I ordered Jack Daniel’s 27 gold double barreled and received Jack Daniel’s 27 gold maple wood finished, so I did not get the product I wanted.Spoke with Conner and he is working with me on the problem. Said I could return for a refund, but he is going to try to find the correct product.
