Make sure u get the acceptance on a email!
Got accepted online and phone call to confirm - was rushed to book a appointment and explained I was a 3hour drive away from the nearest branch. Found a car that was nice and at the right price for me. Once having the test drive and sorting the £99 deposit spite being told once sorted the deal there was NO deposit and then getting offered £999 cover for the car. Waited around for 2 hours to be told I was declined and the only person to offer was a company that was 34.9% apr which ment I would be paying £22k for a car worth £10820 on the glasses guid.
Please get things sorted before going...
Never again will I even think about using this cowboy company.
Thanks for the expense and a whole day wasted for 2 people as had a friend take a day off work to get me there.
I will be launching a bigger complaint which I want a refund for the cost of travel and lost of time.

Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted. Got approved online and confirmed by phone. Drive over an hour to trade center Wales who Confirmed on 3 separate occasions that the finance had been approved. Selected a vehicle I was happy with, price and vehicle were perfect. Proceeded to complete all relevant paperwork as necessary and paid a £99 deposit. Waited around for 5 HOURS. Finally got a phone call from the finance company to say that they would only offer me Half the original agreement at more than 3 times the agreed monthly price. Needless to say I have take my business elsewhere and have received a Far better quotation with a much more reputable company. NEVER AGAIN will I go anywhere near this lot
