Well I read a lot of these reviews on here & now I have experienced it myself total waste of time even though I told them I have bad credit I am on universal credit I work part time they told me over the phone my credit was approved went there spent two hours look at a car filled up paperwork and put down a deposit only to be told that my credit has been declined total unprofessional and they tried to make excuses about these reviews on here but these reviews are exactly as they’ve been told from my experience in fact I have ring & speak several sale representative even before an hour of my appointment I still was told my credit was approved

Very happy with the service I received today, my advisor was friendly bubbly and extremely helpful I have fairly bad credit and to be approved today was amazing it was a quick and easy process with wonderful people helping you along the way

They callled me following an online application. They asked me a few questions. Moments later im told ive been approved for credit. They made an appointment for me with a Byron at their dealership in Wednesbury. However when i arrived there was no Byron. Instead im ushered to a desk (socially distanced) and told to pick a car i can afford the payments, then a business manager will do my credit check. When i said ive been pre approved i was told that they hadnt actually done a check yet, and they do them after youve picked the car you want. So i pick a car, they take my details again and i failed the credit check. In short i went there under false pretences. I was told i was approved, i wouldnt have bothered going if i had known the truth as was a total waste of my time, my friends time, my friends petrol (as they drove me to the dealership some 35 miles away) and all for nothing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE they are BROKERS NOT LENDERS. I dont believe they even did a soft check on me.

Waste of time got a call Friday answer all there questions was told every think was good to go asked how much finance I had was told what ever I can afford just come down and pick a car 3 hour latter after picking a very nice car to be told no sorry you can’t get finance joke waste of mine and my family time

The call lasted 5 minutes. Just a few quick simple questions. i had feedback and acceoted for finance with a call back in 20 minutes. Thankyou Lance for your excellent service. A bright cheery chappy

Absolutely wasted my time. Told me I had been accepted and to book an appointment which I did. 4 hours at the trade centre wales and no can do.
Still took my deposit of £1000 before telling me

Really helpful from Start to finish. I cannot recommend Cerys enough. She made the whole service a smooth journey and did above and beyond.
