I cannot emphasise enough how grateful my partner and I are for the exceptional building survey conducted by C&C Surveying. Their unwavering commitment to providing thorough and detailed assessments, coupled with the remarkable customer service we received from Natalie and Talal, has truly exceeded our expectations.

From the very beginning, Natalie demonstrated remarkable professionalism and responsiveness. Her prompt replies to our inquiries and eagerness to assist us throughout the process reassured us that we were in capable hands.

Talal also deserves special mention for his extraordinary attention to detail. His comprehensive report left no stone unturned, providing us with an incredibly comprehensive understanding of the property's condition (a Victorian property). His expertise was evident in every aspect of the report, highlighting potential issues that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. All explained in simple terms that I could easily follow along. Thanks to his meticulous work, we were able to make an informed decision and avoid a potentially disastrous purchase.

After receiving the detailed report, Talal also spent over an hour on the phone patiently guiding us through its contents, ensuring that we understood every aspect and clarifying any concerns we had. His willingness to go above and beyond by providing this personalised consultation truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The survey arrangement was handled very professionally in terms of logistics and timetable of delivery. A lot of pictures attached to the report. Bear in mind though that 90% of the text in the report is a template with very minor tweaks customised to the property. The non-invasive inspection by definition is quite limited and the report is therefore full of caveats that a lot of potential issues cannot be inspected/checked for. This is a general limitation of the product and I believe this observation would apply to any other companies.

I have received great service from C&C Surveying. Booking the L3 survey was very easy, the actual house survey happened within 4 working days. The surveyor Jan Volkan was very professional, his report included relevant findings which helped me to assess the real value of the property. Jan was very helpful and answered my outstanding questions in a follow up call.

Never needing a snagging survey before, I started calling several RICS companies and was impressed with the woman whom I spoke to at C and C. Their bid was well under the majority of the other 6 I looked at, and that concerned me at first. However, since that telephone exchange, I've realized just how organized, prompt and efficient their team is. I needn't have worried about their lower charge! All the women we dealt with were extremely helpful and followed through at every step. The report I received was impressively thorough and pointed out exactly where I need to focus now as the sale continues. I learned things about my prospective new house that I possibly would not know. Thank you CandC and especially the inspector: your comments and observations were very helpful!

Survey report was very complete and full of pictures. Jan was available over the phone to clarify questions regarding this report and this was very helpful. I was really happy that they send this on the following day after inspection. I was really impressed how quick they are. Natalie was also very helpful before the survey answering to our question and passing our concerns to the surveyor. In summary, happy with the survey and would recommend them.

Really good value (the cheapest quote we got), the report was delivered the next day, even though the standard was 5 days. The report is thorough, and seems like the surveyor knows what they are talking about. There are good explanations of what is expected and what can go wrong with each area surveyed. The proof will be in the pudding though when we actually move in.

We had an amazing survey provided by Erdogan, he really helped us with our purchase especially being first time buyers. Even post purchase he’s helped us out immensely by providing further input on a suspect issue.

I've worked with this company on two occasions now. The Phase "you get what you pay for" translates in this situation. The survey notes I received were more than clear and super in-depth, which is always handy when purchasing a home. I would recommend it to friends and family who have future plans. I would also like to make a point that the customer service team are super helpful and friendly - their response times back on email are quick.
