Very thorough survey, and super quick turnaround - happy customer!

Company was recommended to me by my estate agent and all I can say is "Thank you".
I was really impressed by their prompt response, that I used them a second time! It took a matter of days to book the surveyor and received my report within two days of the initial inspection. Natalie is very accommodating and is customer focused.
Talal, the surveyor who inspected my my property, was very informative and was happy to speak to me with regards to any questions I had.

I have done my research through compare my move online and have come across C&C surveyors. Their fee is reasonable with great service being offered to us. We went for level 3 surveg with costs including.

C&C were able to sort out a rush job to survey the property and produce a report for us in 5 days before an auction, despite the auction house being difficult with access. Would use them again.

Scheduling the survey and getting the report was very good, fast response time, punctuality.
The report itself was sort of generic, many words and pages but difficult to get what were the important findings. Many sections are just sort of a "cover up" - given a bad score because they couldn't see the electricity wiring for example. feels like they use a generic long template , fill some details and provide a very shallow review.

C&C done an amazing job by organizing the survey and sending me a detailed honest report within few days. I was in a rush to do the survey as I was planning to exchange a week after and they were really helpful in organizing the job and and prioritised my survey with no additional charge. Also the Surveyor Mr. Talal Hindi called me and went through the report in detail and was very thorough and professional on his work. I definitely recommend them.

Thorough survey with most of the points we'd requested covered.

Good experience overall, but a little bit of poor communication at the beginning, resulting in us having a survey booked too early without any notice. We needed to rebook in order to allow time for a second viewing & questions submitted a strict 2 working days prior to the survey, (be sure to allow time for this).

We received the survey very quickly after it was conducted and seems very thorough. Pleased overall.

Excellent service, called on Monday, survey was booked in for Thursday and report came back Friday all in the same week. Outstanding attention to detail on the report and Natalie was lovely and very quick responding to emails. Would 100% recommend. Also half the price of other quotes I received.
