Hi Karen, I think it's a bit unfair to leave us a 1 star review based on the couriers shipping timescales or if the courier had an issue, should that not be left with the couriers review website? Looking at the tracking on your order, Parcelforce appears to have damaged the box, held it in a cage, repaired it, and then delivered it, very late yes i agree, but this had nothing to do with us and we weren't even aware of it until we read this review to investigate. Would you be kind enough to change your review based on our own service and products rather than a courier ? Feel free to reach out to me to discuss further.

Hi Robert, just so anyone reading this can see the real situation, you placed an order on a Friday afternoon, the banner on the website and all shipping pages state that the cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm, your order was after 12pm.
Your complaint was that the order never arrived on the Saturday, which isn't a working day anyway, so even if you did order on time on the Friday, it still wouldn't have been with you until the Monday anyway. We have explained this and so did many other members when you complained on our Facebook group that working days are mon-fri for couriers.
We explained if you wanted a Saturday delivery we can of course do this for the future but the cost is around £30 from the courier.
This review is completely unfair and untrue. We value our customers and our customer service, but blaming us because you didn't read the shipping timescales or understand that a weekend does not count for couriers delivering is completely unfair.
You then emailed to cancel your order, which we did.
