I bought a gas oven 8 months ago, after 6 months using it around 4 times a month stopped working.
I emailed customer service couple times and no response, I called them and after one hour in the phone they say they can come to repair it because I live in a boat and I don't have address. Giving you the business address from the restaurant next which is 30 seconds walking from where I have the boat moored is no enough to send some technician or is just because you don't want to fix it. I'm in center of London city, I think is not difficult send someone here to fix it and when you say the system doesn't let me do it... change the system and it will let you do it!!!
I will never buy another product and never I'll recommend this brand.
I bought a Candy oven. After four years I had to change the element. What I found was scary. The element had not just burned out but it had warped and expander to such an extent that it had touched the heat insulation and started to melt it. The element protected by a metal trat held on by two screws and two bits of TWISTED WIRE not only but theres are no sides to this protection just the heat insulation bent over and held in place with said wires. NOT SAFE and so unprofessional.
