Had my washing machine for just over a year, 1 month out of the warranty the top weight moved causing extensive damage, not only to the machine but to my home. All I got from customer service was that "it's out of warranty" which I understand, but it is absolutely disgusting considering the amount of damage and what the washing machine cost. No recognition for the poor machinery/craftsmanship. If I could upload the photos of the damage then I would.

I haven't even finished paying the damn machine off on finance (my fault, I know but as a young mum on min wage you have to do what you have to do) and I've had to fork out for a new machine and to get my electrics looked at. I definitely do not recommend Candy and never will buy again.

Just more reason why you shouldn’t buy any product from this manufacturer. They can not even tell you the size of the bolt or where to obtain the right tools to take out the transit bolt of the washing machine. I will be arranging a return of the product

Bought a Candy Smart dryer recently. Hate it and would not recommend it to anyone. It’s ok for drying small items but sheets, duvets covers etc all roll up in a ball and end up just as wet at the end of the cycle. Dreadful appliance 🙁
