The best sweets

Huge selection of sweets to choose from with super fast service and always so fresh. Will never use another now I’ve found candy cave 💕

Brilliant Company

Ordered some of the Pic n Mix for myself and family members. The bags were huge, sweets were fresh and they were a good price.
Plus they even delivered on a Sunday, when they were supposed to be closed, so my brother got his on Father's Day, which I was greatful for.
So this is going to be my new go to for any further sweets.

I ordered on the 22/12/20 which was 10 days ago for a treat over Christmas, really disappointed that they havnt arrived yet.

Hi Michelle,
We are sorry you are disappointed in the delivery service. It was clearly stated on the delivery that you selected that any hope of a Christmas Delivery would have to be ordered by 21/12/2020. Any orders that was purchased on the 22nd was then posted either on the 22nd or the 23rd depending on the time of the order.

We were then closed from the 23rd-27th for Christmas and then for new year too. Your parcel has been dispatched and we hope it arrives as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to Christmas, bank holidays and the already delayed postal services due to COVID-19 and Christmas, it is unfortunately out of our control.

EDIT 04/01/21: It appears your sweets have been delivered, we hope you enjoy them and once again, we are sorry for the delay and any inconvenience Hermes may have caused.
