My experience with them was rocky but in the end they came through for the win. It took 13 business days and several emails with their customer service ( Thanks Layal!) but my order was finally shipped. The items were listed as in stock online but through an error were actually out of stock. However, they were able to source them from elsewhere and get them shipped to me. I am grateful for their customer service being transparent and explaining the hold up to me and ensuring my order arrives in time for Christmas. I’ll admit, I was frustrated and disappointed with them during the process but in the end, they worked hard the ensure my items arrived it was a Merry Christmas for my children.

Placed an order on Friday Dec 1st. Took 5 business days to processed as stated when I ordered. Recieved my candy canes on Monday Dec 11th. Most reviews complain about wait time to recieve order but my experience was as I expected. They are not amazon. All products were in perfect condition and products expire Nov 2024. Will order again, highly recommended!

Wouldn’t recommend this company at all! They cannot meet their own published timelines for shipping your product and they do not respond to enquiries when you send them e-mails. They also take your money on the day you order not once it is shipped. Clearly they are not interested in a good customer service model.

I paid for my order last week, 7 days later still not received any tracking number because they still not shipped my order I tried to contact them several times but they don’t respond. Out of 12 messages they only respond one time and said wait 2-5 business THEY ARE LAIRS AND SCAMMERS NEVER BUY FROM THEM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

The information upon ordering something is misleading. The site tells you the shipping will take 1 day, but does not mention that prior to the shipping, the company also needs 3 to 5 business days to "process" the order. Sadly, I only learnt about it after placing the order.

In reality, it took 8 days to receive my order.

The rating would've been higher if only the company informed customers about their real processing + shipping time instead of giving the misleading "1 day shipping" info in the order form.

The candies are good, though.

First of all, shipping from Mississauga to Toronto is $10. Before you pay, it says 1-2 days for shipping. Then once youve paid, your confirmation email says your order will be processed in 3-5 business days and you’ll get an email when it’s been shipped. I placed my order on Nov 28, 2023. It’s going on 7 business days and I haven’t heard a word from them. I’ve tried contacting them twice and haven’t heard back. There are mixed reviews on trust pilot so I think it really depends on what and when you buy, but this was a terrible experience, so I wouldn’t recommend this company.

One of the best experiences I've had online shopping! Couldn't believe the great selection and excellent service. I had to write a review. Took me down memory lane. All the candy was incredibly fresh and brought a tear to my eye. Thank you Candy Fun House! I will be back.

I really love this company. They have such an array of candy's chocolates, drinks, assortment.
And I really enjoy there customer service I will always order from them...

I got my orders quickly and they followed up when necessary. Everything I ordered is terrific some old favorites and some new things on I tried. This is a great website, I've already reordered and shared the gloriousness!

Wonderful ordering experience. Not only was shipping prompt, but everything was delivered super fresh with extra FREE icepacks. Customer service was quick, helpful, and threw in extra icepacks when I originally emailed to inquire if I could purchase them, (THEY WERE FREE). Will definitely purchase from them again!!!

Do not place an order with the store. candyfunhouse.ca Strictly, once the tracking number/order has problem past 7 working days, the tracking number still can't be found. (and canadapost Has told me that the tracking number is not working because the package has not been received by the sender. and let me contact the store And I tried to contact many times and received very late reply. And most importantly, the response came from the store. Reasoning that the store can't reach canadapost regarding this issue. This reason is very disappointing to me ) When the store is inactive and does not take urgent responsibility, it delays my parcel even more. I think if there is a problem and the store cannot reach out and help. I think customers should never order from this store again. because it causes a lack of credibility... And I try to contact the store for you. reship again but still not contacted back And this problem is still not solved. for Order #219990...

I bought some candy for a friend for their birthday, and the shipping said 1-2 days. It has now been 5 days, and the package has not even been sent! What a lousy customer service!

Furthermore, the tracking of packages is so soo frustrating. I need to download an app, add the order, it fails, do it again, and over and over. I spent nearly an hour and didn't even get it to work properly. What an abysmal service

due to the great brands & selections, how all items are fresh and arrive on time for our events. The personal service also we receive, is always amazing. We are retuning customers and as We were searching the site for great yummy items to add to my cart! We called to ask a question of a product and the service was phenomenal- I spoke with “Layal” and she is just a gem to speak with. Relaxed, pleasant & friendly. Layal even called Me back with a answer to my question!( I called at closing time ) the next day and my order was complete! Best Candy company to order from Niagara Falls to the GTA ( which is my area ) and buy from, in my experience. Always having great selections of candy and snacks!! you will be pleased to view and add to your cart! especially the American and UK items = rare finds, and to their great “pricing! and knowledgeable customer service” all makes the experience with this company the simply the best!. It's very good. I like the retro products. I would like them to remove items that aren't in stock. It's frustrating to find an item then see It's not available.

Grape licorice laces! Totally worth it. Get it while you can. The Sour Patch Kids' Watermelon candy are delicious- good job on those.
All items packed nicely. Sweet, that a few candies are tossed in just because.

Terrible service, terrible shipping policy! Typical of Ontario! Won’t be using this site again! Total lack of care and appreciation for customers!

I ordered $60/$70 of candy. Got my order pretty quick but had ordered a bag of bubble gum at $9.99 and the gum was hard has a rock, not chewable. I emailed for a refund and even said I would ship it back. They replied quickly and said we just issued a credit for your next order. I gave them 2 star for the quick shipment and response but I asked for a refund not a credit towards my next order as I will not purchase from them again.

This was my second order from Candy Funhouse. I appreciate that I am able to order a great assortment of candies and chocolate at such fantastic prices!! The fact that there are so many choices from retro candy to current favourites is a wonderful feature! This order arrived on time, well packaged, (I really appreciate the small 'ice packs' to keep my order from melting!), and nothing was damaged!! I'm impressed - and so were my great-grandchildren and grandchildren!! 😉 I've not had ANY problems with stale or dry chocolate or snacks. I'll be ordering again!! Thank you, Candy Funhouse!

Found this company randomly in a ad on fb.. Saw so many picture's of treats/ drinks and alot are flashbacks of my childhood.. If you know by now you can't find alot in stores anymore... Gave them a chance and so far amazing.. This is my 5th time i think ordering from them.. I know everyone is probably thinking wait what?!! Each month they have so many different choices and special goodies for holiday's.. Sign up for the email you will see yourself.. Recently they just added in chubbys haven't had them since age 11.. You best believed i shopped.. Shipping is a decent amount of time, site is easy to use/find things and they always have some sorta deal going on.. Haven't had a issue yet.. Also if they run out of stock when you send the list and payment in they credit you back... You get bouns points for the next order to... It last months on end if you don't shop often... Check them out
