First time I’ve ordered from this…

First time I’ve ordered from this company and I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was well packed, very fast delivery and the products tasted amazing. My kids were amazed with the Pokémon box and myself and my partner loved the variety of different sweets & Chocolates in the mystery bags. Also the mixture or drinks were great. We will be ordering again and I Highly recommend CandyMail.

So I was meant to receive my order last…

Because I ordered it off Shopify! And there telling me I'm gonna receive it Thursday so I didn't see the terms of pre orders! I can wait until the end of may as long as the other products ain't out of date 😁... They have responded to my emails so I have changed my experience

No candy, no refund

I'm living in the US and I ordered candy for my son, who was studying in London. The candy was supposed to arrive for Easter, but it was never delivered. I called the company and they told me that they couldn't help me. My son never got his candy and I never got a refund.
I did not place this order in February, I placed this order on March 28th. (order #403873)

We’re really sorry to hear about this and understand how disappointing it must be.

Looking into your order, it was shipped on 4th February and marked as delivered by Royal Mail on 9th February after multiple delivery attempts. Unfortunately, we weren’t contacted about any delivery issue until around two months later.

Courier investigations need to be raised within a limited timeframe (typically 14 days), and after this period we’re unable to open a claim with Royal Mail.

We would recommend checking again with neighbours or the local delivery office in case it was left nearby.

We appreciate this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry we’re unable to take this further at this stage.

Thank you for updating the review with the correct order number — that helped me locate the right order.

Apologies for the confusion earlier. We originally searched using your name because the order number previously provided did not match any orders in our system, and the only order we could locate under your details was the February delivery.

Now that we have the correct order number, I’ve checked the tracking and can see the parcel was indeed returned to sender. I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding.

I’ve now processed a refund for you.

Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any follow-up reply with the updated order information earlier, otherwise we absolutely would have resolved this for you much sooner.

Great Product Selection

Great product selection and plenty to choose from. The only downside is that stock sells out quickly so best to get in early, otherwise I have not seen a selection this vast.
