The creamer that I ordered was out of date by a month but everything else was great fast delivery

As an American living in London for 3 decades there are definitely things I miss from home and as my boys are dual national I want them to have the best of US & UK!! I Placed a last minute order on Monday evening 30th MARCH for Easter Sweets and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery as needed by the 2nd APRIL, and received today 2nd APRIL! Excellent customer service and amazing selection of US items! Will definitely recommend to all my American friends in London! 5***

Although a lot of my favourite products are often out of stock (hopefully to return at a later date) this is an excellent vendor with a great range of products and a really good loyalty scheme. Delivery is secure via Royal Mail and there are regular discounts offered.

First time buying from Candymail and very pleasantly surprised. Everything arrived quickly and securely packaged. Has a varied selection of food and drinks from around the world, overall excellent service.

I emailed them after placing the order to check it would arrive in time for my brother’s birthday and they emailed straight back a lovely personal email and it was shipped straight away! Would 100% use them again.

One of the products arrived past the best before. This had not been indicated on the website, and it was still full price. Other than that, very positive! A great range and everything we ordered arrived quickly in secure packaging. Prices aren't too bad for most things given costs of securing them from other countries.

The website was easy to navigate and find my favourite (and new favourite) sweets! An opportunity to purchase in small quantities just in case something wasn't to my taste.

Delivery was quick and included a couple of extra goodies to put a cherry on top of a best shopping experience .. thanks, Candymail!

Absolutely NO aftersales support.
Made a small order that was to be delivered to France (total with shipping was less than 25 sterling. Order appeared to go out fast...and that is when things went down. I noticed the order made it to France, but sat in customs for over 3 days, and according to Candymail, it is still in customs, in France. I sent 2 emails asking for help/clarification on what was happening with the order....After 4 days still no response from the company. Once the purchase is made and they have their money, there is absolutely NO after sales support and they don't care about the customer. If you are having anything shipped outside the UK from Candymail, good luck. It as now been almost 10 days since placing the order and 8 since it was shipped and I have not received it yet nor a response/support from Candymail.

Have used Candymail many times and never had any complaints from my kids, its a great way to experience drinks, candy and snacks from different countries. Have tried other stores but they have never been as good as candymail. Good communication, good products and well packaged.
