Flurina was brilliant at showing me how to train our dog, she had fantastic tips and was so calm with her approach and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend her for anyone trying to train their dog!

We had been having trouble with our dog, Toby, marking overnight in the house and refusing to go out for walks. One hour-long session with Flurina swiftly identified the problem and the tools we needed to solve it.

Within 2 days, not only had Toby stopped refusing to walk, but he was actually excited to go out again. He also stopped marking overnight.

These problems had been going on for months and we’ve had no issues since Flurina visited us about 3 months ago. You need to be ready to change your own behaviour but if you practice what Flurina teaches you it works amazingly!

I thought that my two terriers were completely untrainable until I met Flurina. One is 12 years old, the other is 8 yrs. Both thought they were higher up in the pecking order than me and I had no control. They used to chase, bark, growl, nip anything that moved…joggers, bikes, cars other dogs etc etc. Every walk was extremely stressful as they both had to be kept on leads. I avoided crowded places with lots of other dogs until Flurina was recommended to me.

After my first session with Flurina, I was able to walk my dogs on the road , without them leaping out at the cars or pulling on the lead. They knew that they were under New Management.

I’ve now had 3 sessions and can now walk them on a crowded Moor , they don’t react to other dogs,joggers, cars etc and their recall is spot on. I am growing in confidence day by day and am enjoying stress free walks at last. We still have a little way to go but I am confident that after my next session they will be off the lead completely.

Flurina is an expert and will explain your dog’s Psychology so that you can pre-empt their every move and correct any unwanted behaviour promptly before your dog can think twice about it.

Great support and training from Flurina for my 7 month old Wire Haired Viszla.
Missing out on dog classes and groups due to lockdown has been difficult, plus it is about 20 years since I last had a pup so it was a learning curve.
Flurina gave me some very useful tips and encouragement which made me feel supported.

Flurina has an uncanny knack of understanding your dog's behaviour and personality very quickly.

She has helped us so much in 3 sessions, on walking to heal and recall and generally teaching him to respect us more.

We thought we were experienced dog owners, but were struggling with our sprocker spaniel. The main one being resource guarding, which we were genuinely at our wits end with.

Flurina's calm approach and guidance has helped us so much with this issue and given us our confidence back to deal with this serious issue in the correct way. It is still a work in progress, but we think that we are moving in the right direction now.

Flurina helped us tremendously when our french bulldog was three months old. She explained his early behaviour, how to ensure he is not anxious when people ring the bell, how to ensure he waits before going out, how to ensure he does not get bored of his toys and he understands we are in control. Flurina is extremely knowledgable, patient and passionate. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

We needed guidance for our Romanian rescue dog, who struggles when around other dogs by barking and growling, due to deep rooted fear. We met Flurina for a couple of sessions and she gave us some great tips and advice, for all members of our family, which has meant we can now be much more confident out walking and as lockdown comes to an end when we start to socialise again.

Flurina (Canine Sense) is highly professional, patience dog trainer, has straight away results. She is very easy to understand in her explanation which I appreciate a lot.

Flurina has an unbelievable understanding of dogs and helped us no end with our pup. We were at our wits end trying to teach our pup to be calm and not pull when on the lead, Flurina had him sat at her feet with dogs, runners and walkers going by within less than 20mins which was absolutely unheard of before. It now feels like we have a normal dog and have the tools to handle an exuberant and excitable pup. We can't thank her enough for giving us the confidence that we could do it and helping us tackle the issues we had.

Flurina's help with my very independent GSD dog, Otis, was almost immediate and in less than a week, his continued improvement is amazing to see. His behaviour prior to her visit was pretty much down to my mistakes, in spite of him being my 3rd GSD, but my first dog. She is sensitive, quiet in her approach, and she works with the dog's mind. Very helpful and friendly, our dog responded almost immediately to the training techniques and his behaviour improved so much in just a week.

Flurina has been brilliant with our puppy, in few session she gave us a lot of advices and now our puppy is behaving exactly the way we wanted to. She really understand and care about dog and can explain body language and how to react to it.

Flurina has such a great understanding of dogs behaviour and has helped us immensely with our very energetic golden retriever puppy. Just a couple of examples are:
The constant running/barking at the door whenever anyone knocks. We actually couldn't believe the difference in our dog who just sat still on her bed instead when the door bell went, listening to Flurina!

We literally could not walk her without her pulling so much that she pulled me over twice. Flurina changed that with one walk and we now enjoy our walks with no pulling.

We had tried another dog trainer but it was no help at all. Flurina has changed our lives (sounds dramatic but its true) we have a happier dog and we are happier owners. So grateful!

Flurina has been amazing with our Dog, from he second I got a response from her I immediately felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders just listening to her thoughts and advice. She came straight in and gave us the tools we needed to help our anxious dog! She always answers my questions without any worries and responds to my texts when I am unsure of anything. Flurina is super friendly, always smiling and polite and exuding a confidence that demands respect and authority. She taught me not to humanise our 5 month old puppy and not to feel sorry for her, for example, if she's alone in her bed. Flurina explained that I am the pack leader and that role is comforting for a puppy, like a child, they need boundaries to feel safe. I felt so much more in control and even though our pup is incredibly responsive, I feel like Flurina's expert advice has set us up to be fantastic dog owners. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flurina to a friend or a stranger (in fact, I already have!).

Flurina was outstanding. After our first session and the tips that we were given by Flurina, the results were instant. It has given me so much confidence on walks and made the worlds difference. Flurina was able to control our very wild, Cypriot street rescue dog with her extensive understanding of dog behaviour within an hour! It was fascinating to understand why and what the dogs trying to say and do. Literally within the hour I was able to calm a very nervous and fearful dog and create harmony between this new dog and an old cheeky 9 year old cavalier cross. I can’t recommend Flurina highly enough. She is not greedy and therefore explains that if you follow her instructions you won’t need lots of sessions. She really has been a life saver!

We had a couple of sessions with Flurina to resolve some serious anxiety issues our labrador had developed. Flurina was fantastic at understanding and explaining the psychology of his behaviour and helping us and him to overcome his issues. When we called Flurina we had got to the stage where our dog was reluctant to leave the house but in less than an hour she had him walking down the road quite happily despite it being full of tree surgeons using noisy machinery at the time. The training was so successful that we only needed two sessions with her. I am now recommending her to everyone I know!

We got in touch with Flurina when we rescued our 1 year old German Shepherd a few months ago, as he was very reactive on the lead towards other dogs/people, and didn't really listen to us at all, in or out of the house! He really didn't like to be left alone, cried a lot and basically destroyed our kitchen wall when he was left there at night! We also worried a lot as he wasn't really bothered by food and instead just grazed throughout the day.
We saw results straight away in the house. He was so much calmer at night, he listened to us more around the house, and I've never seen any dog get so excited about meal times now!
We've made some real progress on walks, and have gone from him pulling ferociously on the lead (was honestly taking ibuprofen before walks it used to cause so much pain) to him walking perfectly alongside us!
We were honestly so worried that he would be too much for us to cope with, but Flurina saved the day!
