Essex and London Gaming Bus Reviews 

This is the second time I've booked the Essex Gaming Bus and it was even better than the first — which is saying something!

They arrived early, which took so much pressure off the setup, and Wes was a great host from start to finish. Friendly, warm, and so kind and patient with the children — never rushed anyone, made sure everyone got a turn, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there with them.

What stood out most was how relaxed and at home he made everyone feel. It didn't feel like having a supplier at the party, it felt like having someone who was part of the day. The kids loved it and honestly so did the adults.

I'll definitely be booking again. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had the gaming bus visit our summer camp today and the children absolutely loved it.

There was a brilliant range of games and consoles, including PlayStation, Nintendo and VR headsets, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The children were engaged and excited from start to finish.

A special mention to Harry, who came along with the bus and led the workshop. He was fantastic with the children — friendly, patient and made sure everyone felt included and had a great time.

A brilliant addition to our summer camp and something we would definitely recommend.

I had a party for my boys yesterday I will definitely be recommending them too everyone. Very professional Zoe was amazing with all the children. We had such horrible weather but Zoe stayed professional and happy with the children at all times. Thank you Essex and London gaming buses Zoe especially for giving my children the best birthday

Good communication and easy instructions to follow to book and pay. All questions prior to booking were answered with ease. We booked for our sons 10th birthday based in Barking and we had no issues getting to us! We had sabrina as a host for the evening and she was great with the kids! Kids thoroughly enjoyed as well as the adults! Would definitely book again for second Son’s birthday next year!

As a parent, I feel I should warn others. What was meant to be a child's 10th birthday party turned into hours of chaos. On arrival, the driver locked the keys inside the bus and spent the next three hours attempting to force it open. During the booked party time there was loud drilling, windows being smashed, and an ongoing blaring alarm outside our home while kids and parents were present.

Communication was poor, leaving us in prolonged uncertainty until we were forced to cancel and send 18 children home early. The next morning we found broken glass left across our driveway and entrance, which we had to clear ourselves, raising obvious safety concerns.

Although a refund was eventually issued, the company was dismissive of our complaint and refused to accept any responsibility beyond this, instead offering a “goodwill” discount on a future booking that would require us to spend more money with them. This is something we would not consider after this experience.

Given how unprofessionally this was handled from start to finish, I find it very difficult to reconcile our experience with the volume of glowing reviews on this page. Parents should read those reviews with caution and carefully consider the risk before booking.

Great communication from start to finish. friendly host who may I say had the patience of a saint with 15 excited 7 year olds! If you are looking for a way to keep a bunch of small children quiet for 2 hours then locking them in the best bus ever is the way to go! Thank you again xx

Couldn't recommend these guys enough, Joe was absolutely brilliant with the kids and made sure everyone was included. Will definitely use again. Popular games, lots of choice and plenty if time to play each console.

We booked the game bus for my son’s 10th birthday and couldn’t be happier. The setup was amazing, with a great range of games that kept all the kids entertained.

Absolute class. Made our boy birthday so special. Everyone had such a great time thanks to him, and would 1000% recommend booking if you was ever wondering to go through with it.

I just wanted to give an extra thank you to them both as our son had got himself a bit overwhelmed on the day and missed some of the party. They kindly stayed an extra 10 minutes at the end so he could have a go once he had calmed. That made such a difference to his day and he came away very happy. Thank you so much.

Joe and the gaming bus were fantastic! All the children ( and adults) loved it. Lots of our party guests said it was the best party ever. I would highly recommend.

My son had the most wonderful 10th birthday party with the Essex Gaming bus. Our host Joe was great, he turned up and easily parked the bus on our drive, setting up quickly & efficiently. He was great with the kids- we had 10 in total which was a great number for the bus! Joe made sure all the kids were having fun and playing whichever game they fancied- joining some of them on the same games to play together too. There was a racing simulator and a VR set!
It was the coolest party and all the kids had a great time! I would definitely recommend this to anyone else whose kids are into their consoles!

Joe was great with the kids and they had so much fun, my son had the best birthday and was a very happy chappy. I have to say as a mum I’m also happy he even helped tidy up after with some of our mess that he didn’t have to so very pleased with the service and definitely recommend him for your party in future

The party host took pics that i always seem to forget the kids loved it had a choice of consoles and games even a vr which I may add i went on myself it was amazing and my son had a great time thank you so much
